Dream apartment 100m from the beach with sauna (Usedom)

Nach dem Aufwachen zum 100 m entfernten Strand für ein erfrischendes Bad im Meer, danach auf dem sonnigen Ostbalkon frühstücken und mit einem Kaffee in den Tag starten! Unser Traum ist mit dieser wunderschönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Seebad Ahlbeck wahr geworden. Wake up, quickly run the 100 m to the beach for a refreshing swim before having breakfast on the sunny balcony and start the day with a coffee! That was our dream which came true with this beautiful 3-room flat in the seaside town Ahlbeck.

The numerous shopping facilities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information are within walkingdistance.The apartment is 45m² and has one bedroom,kitchen-living room with dining area and sofa bed,shower room and a terrace with lounge furniture and lots of sun.

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.
