Living/sleeping room with 1 box spring bed (140×200 cm) and 1 wardrobe bed (90×200 cm), 2 wardrobes, chest of drawers, dining table, SATELLITE TV with Netflix, Sony DVD player, Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. Düsseldorf, MG, Krefeld and Neuss can be reached in about 15 minutes. Good leisure opportunities (Kaarster See, Vorster Wald). Shopping mall very close.

The rooms ( 38 m2) are located on the 2nd floor of the house.The apartment is not enclosed.It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen,storage room and bathroom.Everything is available for self-catering.Washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be verified with ID card.

Die im August 2020 frisch renovierte 2-Zimmer Wohnung liegt zwischen Köln und Düsseldorf in einer beschaulichen Kleinstadt. Man ist in etwa 20 Fahrminuten in Düsseldorf. Nach Neuss und Mönchengladbach braucht man etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten. Im Ort sind Einkaufmöglichkeiten (REWE und NETTO) Restaurants, Bäcker, Friseure, Eisdiele usw. vorhanden.

It's an entire apartment on the first floor in a single-family house. Communication is only via Airbnb. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to store two bicycles securely. For additional towels and bedding we charge a usage fee of €5,00 per person.
