NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

The apartment is only 35 minutes drive to the Munich airport and 15 minutes drive the new exhibition centre- Messe. Very nice place very close to Munich! Nice garden and nice house for family and for business mans! In the apartement 3 rooms, 1 toilette, 1 badhroom and tee kitchen. You can stated the Kitchen only have microwave, guest can heat up the food . The white room inculded big terasse with smoking area! The prices: The Pink room for 2 persons, the White room for 2 persons and the Panic room for 2 persons from 55 Euro/ night. The whole apartement incl. 3 rooms for 6 persons from 165 Euro/ night.

Feel like being at home

A little house for yourselves. 3 Sleeping Rooms (2 big, 1 small), a big kitchen/living room combo, a small bathroom. 1 parking spot on our ground. Close to public transport (22 min to downtown Munich or 30 min to the October festival) or 15 minutes by car to the convention center. It is our wish that you feel cosy in our place (our house is next to you) so we will try to guide and help you where possible as we traveled a lot ourself. It all depends on your kindness.
