I only had a short, one night stay while passing through Kingman, wish I could have stayed longer. I felt like I stepped into a warm and relaxed home - hands down, a better experience than a motel at better price. The host communicated well all of the basics and even included a few lovely snacks and drinks in the room. My favorite of all, the firm bed was incredible for a great night of sleep. This place was the perfect location while we were visiting family right around the corner. Place is older, but very clean inside and out - which makes for a comfortable stay. A/C worked great, hot water and a preferable area in Kingman for us. Up on a bluff to overlook the city and be in a quiet area. No frills, nothing fancy, but quiet, private and perfect for relaxing while visiting family.
