Our cottage, completed in 2014, is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass-railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cottage, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard, there is a wood storage, a fire pit and a sauna. The hot tub is in use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are not allowed. Distances: Ukkohalla Resort 26 km. Store: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Ukkohalla, one of the four villas of the new holiday village on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi, near the ski slopes. The lake, northern lights and slopes open directly from the large windows. In a separate beach sauna, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna, with a view of the lake landscape from the large windows, both from the sauna and the magnificent fireplace room. The service building has a laundry room and a fitness room. Electric car charging points, 2 pcs 11kW type2 and 2 pcs 16A Super suko, are included in the rental price.

Welcome to a unique apartment in the center of Kajaani, decorated in the spirit of the past. The location is perfect for both the travel center and the services of the city center. The apartment has, among other things, a gorgeous functional fireplace and a brand new, just renovated classic bathroom. High-quality linen is included in the accommodation. The interior is decorated with designer furniture and vintage items that change according to the season. You also have access to an extensive cultural library.

Cozy, clean apartment with its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat the sauna daily, cool off on the sheltered terrace, grill (gas) and a fireplace is available. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani towards the airport.

We have reserved hygiene products, white sheets and towels for your use. Plus, you'll have a bike at your disposal. The interior and surface materials have been designed to be suitable for allergy sufferers, which is why pets are not allowed. Welcome to stay in a good work or leisure setting!

The nearest store and restaurant are 150m away and there is plenty of free parking space near the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay.

Taikaloora cottage is an idyllic and cozy cottage on the shore of Lake Oulujärvi in Finland. It lies a short walk away from the ameneties of Vaala's town center. The cottage includes a small kitchen, bathroom, living room and an open bedroom. Just beside the cottage is an idyllic lakeside sauna with amazing view to the Lake Oulujärvi. NOTE: Cleaning fee of 90,- will be charged if the guests don't clean the cottage to the same condition it was while arriving.

The parking lot has a free parking space with a heat pole. The grocery store and pharmacy are located about 300 m away and Kajaanin Kauppapuisto is about 1.5 km away. Nearby there are also excellent outdoor areas, such as a ski trail, parks and a frisbee golf course. Welcome!

Log cabin with a lakeside view. Features include a private sauna, one bedroom, and a sleeping house located outside the main cabin. The living room and kitchen are combined. A BBQ place is located on the front yard. The toilet is a dry/outdoor toilet and there is no water toilet. Shower and tap water filtered from lake. Fresh water filter. A boat is available for free use. Activities: wildtaiga site. Hot tub / extra fee 90€.
