This is an ocean view room on the sea side of the Gem base in Suma building. (Room No.1) During the summer beach season (July and August), the beach house and the BBQ restaurant next door will be open, so it will be lively until around 9 pm. Because the railroad is near, you will hear the sound of the train. Parking is not available on-site, so please use the pay parking lots nearby. The second floor is the main accommodation room, and the first floor is a large free space (with a sofa bed) that can be used freely. It can be used by a wide range of people, from couples and friends to families with small children and business travelers. You can also enjoy a BBQ on the large grass terrace facing the sea on the premises ♪ (Please use the electric griddle hot plate and extension cord provided in the room. Charcoal is not available) There is a windsurfing shop next door, so you can rent a SUP, take windsurfing lessons, or try marine sports! (Reservation required) 4-minute walk along the beach from Suma Station!

This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the house rules before you book.
