The building has a large air-conditioned social area, a suite, two bedrooms, a social bathroom, and mezzanine. The house accommodates up to 6 people, with 1 double bed and 4 single beds. The great highlight is on the outside, with covered gourmet area and a beautiful natural pool with deck and waterfall, ideal for moments of leisure and relaxation to the sound of birds and waters.

The property does NOT have its own parking lot, but parking on the street or next to the building is not a problem, as the city is very quiet with a low theft rate.

The house has automation by ALEXA and has two bedrooms with air-conditioning, a bathroom, a full kitchen and a living room with Smartv and Wi-Fi throughout the property. Outside, we have a small house with a large table, chairs, a refrigerator, a barbecue grill and a bathroom. In the uncovered area, we have a swimming pool and two showers. Covered garage for two cars and large patio for 6 more cars.
