35 minutes by car from Matsuyama Airport. It is a 13-minute drive from Iyo Interchange. 13 minutes by car from JR Iyo Station 3 minutes by car and 14 minutes on foot from JR Iyokanda Station. Dogo Onsen, sightseeing at Matsuyama Castle, and the Tobe Zoo are about 40 to 50 minutes by car. A cute house completely renovated in 2019, 9 minutes by car from JR Shimoda Station. The kitchen, bath, and toilet have also been newly renovated, and the 8-mat Japanese-style bedroom has been renovated. The Western-style living and dining area is about 10 tatami mats.Large deck terrace with front yard. If you want to play in the neighborhood... you can enjoy Fukai town as a base for sea, sky, and land play. Walk to the sea in swimsuit, about 2 min walk. We have the second house in Ikuchi Island. You can stay there whenever we don't use it. Please let me know everyone's name and address after booking. Passport photo is ok. Please check in between 3pm and 9pm. Please pick up this house key from the key box on the premises. There is no WIFI in this house. There are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby. There are no street lamps around the neighborhood. Please turn on the outdoor light when stepping out at night.
