Fully renovated and equipped property, facing the sea and in a quiet neighborhood. It has a main house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen integrated with the barbecue. In the back, we have an in-law with a bedroom, living room and bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and the living rooms have fans. The front of the house offers open spaces for 3 cars. The balcony house has full sea views and 2 hammocks. Windows with railings. Security cameras.

Great House in Ilha Comprida

My place is near Supermarket, beach, main av., You will love it because it is near the beach and on an island surrounded by nature, dunes, Adriana Lagoon with pedallines and equipment for physical exercise and simple but very well cared for squares. My place is good for couples, families (with kids) furry friends (pets), there's room in the back and front where you can store cars or use it as a leisure space; you know what? I don't trade my space for anything.
