We renovated a traditional house that was built about 100 years ago, and we renovated the old house as it is.It is a rental building, so please take your time and relax. It is a quiet environment with good access, about 5 minutes from the Matsukawa Interchange.The proud bath is a customized bath by a local tile shop! Herbs and herbs picked from the garden will relieve your daily fatigue. This inn has the concept of "Return to Earth", and the owner, who runs a restaurant for 15 years, serves food with plenty of blessings in Minami-Shinshu.(Guests who want to book at least 3 days before their stay) I work as a pipe director in urban and local areas, and I can give advice and information about my space and work to people who are looking to live and relocate. [Shared space] There is a large table, sofa, and wood stove. Kitchen There is a home gas table and a steamer.We also have plenty of cooking utensils, seasonings, and dishes. An infinitely stretching sea of stars.A summer resort is about 900 meters above sea level. Feel the warmth and fragrance of trees using Kiso Hinoki pillars, Kiso cypress flooring, Kiso cypress flooring, and beams of Kiso. Heating with wood stove and solar heat in winter. Reading a hammock. It is a rental accommodation of a 130-year-old old private house that was renovated by the host himself. Inside the inn, we have thick beams that feel history, a view that leaves, a hearth that feels nostalgic, a warm wood stove, and a Goemon bath outside. I hope you can feel the real meaning of living in the countryside while feeling the slow flow of time in the countryside. * Due to the large size of the building, it is recommended to use it for 4 or more people. Please bring your meals with ingredients, cook in the kitchen with 3 IH heaters, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, or we will prepare a lava plate in the fireplace, so you can bake and eat the ingredients.In addition, there is a field at the back, and depending on the season, freshly harvested vegetables can be harvested and eaten as they are. There are two types of baths, and the indoor bath is provided with a unit bath and a Goemon bath where guests can set themselves in the fire outside. The bedroom is tatami mats and we are laying out the futon.The bedrooms are air-conditioned for a comfortable rest. Reclining chairs are available on the wooden deck, so please enjoy the view of Satoyama in the countryside.

I opened a renovation house as a guest house for renting a whole house, which is about a 10-minute drive from Iida Interchange. It is not luxurious but consciously renovated with a cozy space. 緑に囲まれたログハウスで、テラスからは八ヶ岳が見えます。富士見パノラマリゾートは車で5分。冬はスキーやスノーボード。夏は花の入笠山登山とマウンテンバイクを楽しめます。富士見高原リゾートへは車で15分。リスティングは子ども連れファミリーにぴったり。周囲に家はないのでとても静かで、朝は小鳥の声がにぎやかです。駅やスーパーマーケットからは距離があり、車は必須です。冬季は必ず冬用タイヤやタイヤチェーンを用意してください。エアコンは設置していませんのでご了承ください。扇風機はあります。近くに立寄り温泉があります。スーパーは車で10分くらい。たいていのものは揃います。寝具はベッドではなく布団です。5人めから追加料金が発生しますが8人まで泊まれます。追加人数のうち、2歳以下は無料です。3歳から小学生までは半額です。 12月から3月までの冬季は暖房費を加算した料金設定になっています。長野県条例に基づき、海外からのゲストの方ついてはパスポートをコピーさせていただきます（日本に住所のある方を除く）。
