Modern oasis of well-being with fantastic mountain views and a quiet central location in the south of Munich. The apartment is in the foothills of the Alps and offers many excursions to Lake Starnberg, Ostersee, Tegernsee, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Bad Tölz, Murnau and Munich. The picturesque landscape around Penzberg is beautiful and the proximity to Munich offers metropolitan flair with plenty of culture. Munich is only 45km away. A train goes to Munich every 30 minutes. The Roche company is only 1.8 km away.

Iffeldorf an den Ostersee is a beautiful village, popular and loved for its beautiful nature. Located not far from Munich and you are in the mountains quietly. Whether by car or train, everything is indirectly at your doorstep. Your home is in the center. In 5 minutes you can reach the Easter lakes, the horses, shopping, sights. Roche can also be reached in 10 minutes. The house was built in 2018. So everything's brand new, including your decor.

My place is close to the city center and nature. You'll love my place because of the mountain views and green meadows. The place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have sufficient time for the measures.

Welcome to our small newly built cottage, which our guests can use on their own. The low-energy house was built from high-quality materials in solid woods. The underfloor heating installed throughout the living area can also cool in the summer, so that there is a pleasant living climate throughout the year. Beautiful Iffeldorf is wonderfully centrally located between Munich and Garmisch on the picturesque Easter lakes.
