Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). A super summer house, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a good holiday paradise, with beach, forest, abundant birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So, the requirement for additional payment for electricity consumption comes after the stay.

The house is furnished with 2 rooms with double bed, 1 annex with double bed, bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and living room with dining area and cozy wood-burning stove. There is a heat pump in the house. There are duvets and pillows in the house. Bed linens, towels, tea towels, etc. are brought by the tenant. The house is cleaned after using the tenant. Several large wooden terraces. Electricity and water are charged separately and charged 3.5 kr per kWh and 100 kr per m3 of water

Lovely holiday home with everything you as a guest need. Large bright living room, ceiling for kip, large bathroom and a bright kitchen with bar. The large terrace of the house has a Finnish bath (not Spa), outdoor shower with hot water - a wonderful meeting point. Wifi and 2 TVs with Airplay. Only 350 m to fantastic swimming beach and 3 km to Marielyst square. The terraces have umbrellas, outdoor table for 8 people, sunbeds, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, sandbox and swing. Bookings are accepted from Saturdays to Saturdays.

Nice annex in romantic style. The house is 36 sqm. Kitchen, living room, dining area and bedroom in one, in addition, there is a bathroom with shower. Terrace with outdoor furniture. The house is located in scenic area in the part called "old Marielyst" One of Denmark's best beaches is only 300 meters away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Marielyst square, where there are lovely shops and good eateries. Electricity is charged on site. In 2023 new windows and doors as well as a heat pump. A really Nice and cozy House with a Nice large beautiful garden with trees and flowers. Outside chairs and tables. Close to Beach (500 m) and shopping of All kind (1-3 km). The Nature is so beautiful here and it is really Calm surroundings. The House is in 113 square meters.
