The apartment is newly renovated and has its own bathroom, private kitchen and balcony in a quiet location in Planegg (near Munich). The apartment is accessible via an elevator and is thus step-free. A bus stop is right outside the front door (Kettelerstraße), and an S-Bahn (suburban train) stop is also about a 20-minute walk away.
