Holidays by the lake Unden

In the middle of West Götalands unspoilt nature with its lakes and forests, near the big lake Vättern, about 5 kilometers from the village of Undenäs and far away from any through traffic, the small country village of Igelstad is located, directly on the lake Unden. The village is a small collection of scattered houses and farms, of which some are permanently inhabited, while others are used as summer cottages. Here, in a large clearing in the forest, the small farm "Nolgården" is situated. The house is a separate, well-equipped classic wooden log house, built in spruce. It was thourougly renovated in 2008. There is a private bathroom, kitchen and private terrace, Internet connection (WLAN) and satellite TV (Astra). A cozy fireplace and electric heating provide comfortable warmth. Directly from the house you can make nice walks in the unspoilt nature, pick berries and mushrooms, or walk to lake Unden, one of the clearest and most pristine lakes in Sweden. From the house to the west side of the peninsula, there is only 800 meters. Here you can have a swim or enjoy the sunset over Unden. The eastern shore can be reached in quarter of an hour via a forest path. By the shore a canoe lies ready for extensive reconnaissance trips to the beautiful deserted islands and quiet bays. But the area has much more to offer: the romantic Tiveden National Park, Lake Viken, Forsvik and the Göta canal with its locks, and the huge lake Vättern are just a few examples of interesting destinations.

The surrounding area here is excellent for hiking, running, cycling, or swimming. We are happy to advise you about routes and trails. The cottage is located 30 minutes from Jönköping, 10 minutes from Gränna and the E4 motorway. The nearest public bus stop is 7 km away, so we recommend that you have a car when you visit us.

Idyllic cottage, 30 sq m, on a private beach, 10 m from the water. Ten minutes from the highway E4 and Gränna. Thirty minutes from Jönköping. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, using a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

Accommodation with sauna in scenic Norra Fågelås!

In our place there are two guest houses and one sauna. In the first house there are two beds, one small double bed (120cm) and a bunk bed on top of the other (80cm). Bed linen is not included. (But can be rented for 100kr) Kitchen and bathroom is in the second house and is equipped with stove, micro, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker ands dining table. The bathroom has wash basin, shower and toilet. You clean the houses before checkout. Sauna you can rent for 200kr per time.

Söker ni en lantlig miljö med fantastiskt utsikt över Vättern? Då har ni hittat rätt! Känner inte till många stugor i Sverige där man kan se tre olika län från en och samma plats. Stugan har det mesta då det kommer till bekvämlighet. Fullutrustat kök, bäddsoffa, dubbelsäng och badrum. Därtill wifi och tv med Netflix etc. Utomhus finns ett trädäck med grill, bord samt stolar och utomhuseldstad. Har ni barn i sällskapet finns ytor att springa runt på, gunga samt åka rutschkana.

Lakeside cozy & airy apartment

This cozy apartment is only 250 meters from the beautiful lake Vättern where there is a swimming area & the seafront which is very nice to take to the city & harbor with very good & cozy restaurants. It is about 1 km to the city center. Outside the corner, there is a bike track that also leads to the city center on the way to the city center, there is a sports hall with football fields and a skateboard park about 400 meters from the apartment.

På landet, 5 km söder om Hjo, finns denna nyrenoverade lägenhet att hyra. Lägenheten finns i ett gårdshus med egen ingång. I lägenheten finns en dubbelsäng samt en bäddsoffa. I köket finns induktionsspis, dock ingen ugn. Kyl och frys finns samt en matplats för fyra personer. Toalett och handfat finns, ingen dusch. Fina promenadvägar finns precis utanför dörren.
