Dream apartment 100m from the beach with sauna (Usedom)

Nach dem Aufwachen zum 100 m entfernten Strand für ein erfrischendes Bad im Meer, danach auf dem sonnigen Ostbalkon frühstücken und mit einem Kaffee in den Tag starten! Unser Traum ist mit dieser wunderschönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Seebad Ahlbeck wahr geworden. Wake up, quickly run the 100 m to the beach for a refreshing swim before having breakfast on the sunny balcony and start the day with a coffee! That was our dream which came true with this beautiful 3-room flat in the seaside town Ahlbeck.

Cozy apartment in historic building

Make yourself comfortable and enjoy plenty of space in this spacious attic apartment. The apartment is located in a listed brick building, on the recreational forest and train station Heringsdorf. The beach is about 800 meters (a 10-minute walk). The train station and treetop path are right next door. The Baltic Sea thermal spa is also within walking distance. An administration takes care of the apartment, the check-in and tourist tax on site. PLEASE be aware of the instructions below!

Beautiful cozy apartment in the attic

The apartment is located in the central center of the village, but quiet by the forest. Seebad Bansin is the smallest place in the three imperial baths and therefore also very quiet and relaxing. Bansin invites you to promenade, hike, cycle and beach walks in every season. The bikes are at their disposal for free. Maritime flair and sights characterize our place. The hinterland with its lakes and small districts also has special charms. Tourist tax is not included in the price

You have your peace with us, we live in the same house, but everything is structurally separated from each other.... the village of Benz is perhaps not for people who want to spend the whole day just on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island There are rarely buses....
