Beautiful apartment in Wangen/Allgäu center close to the center

In the heart of Allgäu, near Lake Constance, I offer an apartment on the 1st floor on the left with 2 bedrooms, a dining area and a kitchenette. 2 steps across the corridor is the bathroom. The mentioned areas are for guests only. The entrance to the house is not separate. We live downstairs in the house and on the 1st upper right. So there is usually someone on site and we will be happy to help if you have any questions. The house is located on the outskirts of the city in a secluded location. Walk about 1 km into the city center and about 200m into the forest.

“Fidels Stube” im Westallgäu

Unser Haus liegt eingebettet in Felder, die der Löwenzahn im Frühjahr gelb färbt und der Schnee im Winter weiß. Im Sommer weht der Duft von gemähten Wiesen durch die Luft und wenn es auf den Herbst zugeht, tragen die Obstbäume und der Garten direkt vor der Ferienwohnung Früchte. Hier im Allgäu können Sie der Natur wirklich nah sein. Ausflugsziele zum Wandern und Radeln sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen, aber auch Wohnung, Garten und der nahegelegenen Wald laden ein, in Ruhe zu entspannen.

A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.) Attention: For larger groups of 8 people or more, another apartment next door (100 sqm, €150/night) with another bedroom, 2x2m double bed, kitchen and bathroom are available.

Our apartment is located in a rural area . Heimenkirch has a train station and shopping facilities that you can easily reach on foot (about 5 - 10 min). Whether in summer or winter, you can relax here in any season. Ski resorts and various attractions are nearby and Lindau on the beautiful Lake Constance can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
