This monumental building is located on the oldest shopping street in the Netherlands, and through the wooden skeleton you can taste the authentic atmosphere. In front of the door is a traffic-free zone, so there is no nuisance of passing traffic. Everything you need can be found literally in the street: shops, restaurants, supermarket (opposite the apartment), good atmosphere, cozy people, entertainment and public transportation. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. A beautiful & attractively built cozy cottage, with lots of glass so that when you sit inside by the wood stove, you can still enjoy nature outside. The cottage is built with oak wood from the land & loam of the Meuse nearby. The construction was made with a so called pen hole connections & the walls are filled with loam & straw, which together gives a very unique & natural impression. Upstairs in the comfortable double bed you have an amazing view over the country. Maybe you'll see a deer!
