Nice cozy cottage with all the comforts. Experience the tranquility that reigns here. Beautiful bike and hiking trails available that will send you to the most beautiful places in the area. Bicycles available! There are also beautiful ATB routes nearby that you can try out. In the village itself, you can do great groceries. If you are looking for a larger shopping center than are e.g. Gorredijk (known from Rinsma fashion square) Sportstad /Thialf Heerenveen, Drachten, Leeuwarden, and Sneek are also great to drive.

Wooden nature house with a view. Close to lake.

Here in quiet Frisian Rohel you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and hiking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace on the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you don't hear anything at all here. With views through the large windows, on the deer in the meadow and the setting sun.

In the immediate vicinity, you may encounter deer or a kingfisher. The location is in a natural environment with ample possibilities for walking and biking. Larger cities are easily accessible, Leeuwarden 30 min., Groningen 40 min. There is a direct bus to Heerenveen with ice stadium Thialf.

Beautiful houseboat located downtown

This houseboat is situated in the old part of Heerenveen, formerly one of the important peat routes through Friesland. You look out over the Herenwal, the street of Heerenveen with the most beautiful canal houses that lead to the center. At the end of this canal is the bowl, which you can recognize by the large pancake ship which is atmospherically lit in the evening. Here you will also find the posthouse theatre and the cozy street full of catering establishments!

Our home is a small but very nice home. From the jetty you get on the boat and sail towards the Frisian lakes. The house is very quiet and equipped with every comforts. You can stay well with 4 people on the Wjitteringswei. The beds are lovely. They are now available as a double bed but can also be set up as 4 single beds. WiFi is of course also available. And above all, a fantastic view. Check-in from 15: 00 and check-out until 12: 00.
