Wooden cottage, built in-house in 2020. Mostly with recycled material. There are no less than 20 solar panels on the cottage! The beams and the cams stayed in view, which gives a spatial effect. A stable window from the farm where Karin was born has been incorporated into the ridge. The old yellow vowels from that farm form the terrace, along with the ceilings from the basement. As a surprise, manly love for Karin made a heart in the terrace! All in all a nice place to spend time

The house was renovated in 2017. It is a semi-detached, single storey-building, situated next to the house of the owners. It has a separate entrance. The house has a living room with open kitchen, access to a terrace with a spendid view of the countryside and a well equipped bathroom with rainshower, a double bedroom with a separable double bed (160 cm) and a smal 1-person bedroom with a single bed. Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. The little wooden garden cabin is very cosy. You have an own entrance through the garden of the hosts. There is one living/bedroom (the bed is also a couch but is very comfortable and sleeps really well, 140cm) and there is a luxury bathroom. (Only) The first morning a small complementary breakfast is included. Host is not always at the property but will communicate about this in advance.
