The spacious attic apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our detached house in Weinheim West and consists of two sun-flooded rooms with high-quality furnishings. In the bedroom are two double beds (1.60m and 1.40m), as well as a wardrobe. In the very large living-dining area you can cook, work and sit comfortably together. Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and well furnished. Restaurants, cafes are right on the doorstep, Neckar and train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Wheels can be placed in the yard, here you can also sit nicely in summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked directly in front of the house.
