Impeccable room and bathroom. The shower is strong and hot, a luxury. Linda prepared fresh mineral water and many perfect amenities like isopos, soap, toothpaste, etc. There's nothing missing. There was everything necessary including iron and ironing board. Missing some details like better pillows and a nice ceiling lamp instead of the bulb. But everything else super cute and comfortable. It was confusing about breakfast since I read that they prepared one for us but finally there was only instant tea or coffee although there was a toaster but no bread. But perhaps it was exceptional or I did not understand well. Excellent location to go to Friar's Bay beach accessible on foot (good breakfast two meters from the sea) and grand case too. The independent entrance great! It was like being at home but in Saint Martin. Do not doubt it!

Everything is very nice and clean. I'm not too familiar with airbnb's on the Inland but I would just make sure you have some communication to reach home owner or the taxi driver can do this for you before going to the house.

Lydia’s place was perfect for our vacation. We went as 2 couples and the house provided more than enough space and intimacy for the pair. The pool was amazing and the bbq was a nice bonus. Very close to Friar’s beach and Happy bay. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed if you prefer to cook. Lydia has thought of everything to make the house feel like a home. I’d definitely stay here again.

If you have to stay in Saint Martin, you can go without hesitation to Lydia and Esnard: welcoming, caring and responsive hosts, caring for holidaymakers. A house on top, both in terms of decoration and equipment available. Everything is clean, pretty, well designed and functional !! We spent 15 days of dream and change of scenery in this little bubble, quiet but close to everything. Another big thank you to Lydia and Esnard, for their welcome and their nice attention.

Lydia & Esnard are truly amazing hosts and wonderful people. The pictures are a true representation of the home and they were excellent with communications. Messages were returned promptly and they welcomed us at arrival in order to make sure we were settled and knew how everything worked. Lydia and Esnard provide an excellent service at Coconut Beach Villa. The property is exactly as described and well kept. You won’t be disappointed with the place.

Lili is a superhost. He waited for us on arrival due to the traffic problems we had at the Saint Marteen carnival. He explained very well and quickly the whole house and was very attentive at all times. The house is a luxury that is rarely found on the island and with a fair price. Next door you have the Happy Bay nudist beach and it is worth going. And it is in a very well connected location on the French side.

Lili's place is conveniently located in walking distance to Friar's Bay, Happy Bay, and Grand Case. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and offers a lot privacy. We enjoyed are four day stay a lot.

Superb setting, impeccable tranquility

My boyfriend and I spent a week at the guesthouse in late January, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Lili responds within minutes and she and her husband have many great suggestions for enjoying the island. The property was clean, very private, stylish, and comfortable. We really hope to return to this property in future visits to Saint Martin.

The accommodation is particularly pleasant, functional and of exemplary cleanliness. The swimming pool and the terrace are not overlooked and the bedroom is very spacious. Thank you to Lili for her warm welcome and her very elegant attentions!

This was our first time in Sint Maarten & the villa was exquisite! The beautiful pictures perfectly represent the comforts of the stay, and the view over Friar’s Bay is priceless. Our host had a rich spread of suggestions on island experiences from incredible dining to outdoor fun to sampling the local culture. Transportation was a breeze thanks to the host. Our few issues or questions were resolved promptly with his help. I’d suggest brushing up on your french though, people speak English but labels at the supermarkets do not. Also FYI, some bank cards need to be cleared for use not just on St Maarten, but France and The Netherlands as well. Overall we had a fantastic, memorable experience and highly recommend staying at the Villas!

Lovely space with view to die for. Looks exactly as you see in the pics. Walk or rather hike to two lovely beaches. One with two beach bars and great food. Rental car came included with the villa that allowed us to drive the whole island and spend time on several beaches. Food was great all over the island.

This villa has a gorgeous view. Walking distance to Happy Bay beach. Only couple minutes drive to Grand Case where is all the good restaurants. I will definitely go back there again.

This was by far the best villa we have ever rented. Where do I even begin. I was hesitating to book a trip to st Martin due to the past hurricane irma. I’m so happy I ended up doing so.. a lot has been rebuilt . This Airbnb came equip with everything from fresh towels daily, to everything you may need to cook. Not only that! This Airbnb comes with a rental car?! What’s better then that?! We was able to get around the whole island... go to every Beach and do some real exploring. Everyone had their own privacy. Three huge bedrooms with their own showers is a lovely thing when you book a villa. Not to mention the amazing view while we ate breakfast every morning and took a dig in the amazing pool , it’s Truly breathtaking. It’s about a 10 minute walk to a lovely private beach with amazing bbq lobster! It’s a must. I will be able with more family. You can’t beat this deal. If your looking for a true island feel with alittle luxe this is the place to stay!

The villa is great for families and couples. Perfect location between two beaches with outstanding views and especially at sunset. Happy Bay very secluded and most of the time empty. Friars Bay two small restaurants with chairs and umbrella rentals and food and drinks to buy. Fully stocked kitchen and nice BBQ on upper deck. All beds very comfortable and nice and big. What you see in pictures is what you get.

The large balcony and view of the house is incredible. Wonderful to use grill and have family dinners. House large and nice. Housekeeper wonderful. Host not responsive to messages. House is not damaged by hurricane

You will get to the villa and be blown away by the amazing vue. The location is excellent, close to the best two beaches of Saint-Martin (French Side). It's a quiet area and still close to Grand-Case which offers restaurants and bar and other beaches:) So glad that Saint Martin is starting to regain its beauty and activity after the hurricance Irma :)

The house looks exactly like the photos, the view of course is 10x better in person. The concierge team was on hand to answer any questions we had and they did so in a very timely manner. The beach behind the property is just a beautiful as well. I'd thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it.

What a beautiful property! We could not get enough of the amazing views and peaceful setting. The house is located walking distance from two beautiful beaches, a few minutes in car to Grand Case where you can dine in fabulous French restaurants. The house is beautiful and quite spacious. All areas of the house, including the bedrooms have an ocean view, which was magnificent. The service we received prior, during and after our stay was nothing but excellent! I not only recommend the property, but look forward to coming back.
