Acquainted with the rules in force in the home and environment. Apartment prepared exemplary, equipped with all the necessary equipment. Richly equipped kitchen equipment and utensils. We were enchanted by the views from the windows of the valley and mountain peaks. Fully confirmed the offer.

Beautiful small apartment, which lacks nothing. In no time, the Zillertal Arena can be reached, everything is super easy and the hosts are very helpful. We recommend!

The house is situated on a hillside with panoramic scenic views of the dolinę Zell am Ziller and near the lifts to the ski slopes. Good facilities independent housing allows for a comfortable stay and rest after szusowaniu skiing.

We enjoyed our stay in Gerlosberg very! The apartment awaited us spotless and exactly as shown in the photos. Couple has plenty of space and everything is very cozy. A special highlight are the two beautiful balconies with views of the valley, from which you can enjoy from the sun. Kathrin received us very friendly, even though we only late at 9:30 "invaded" you :-) has always open and we had the feeling to be very well looked after. Even earlier communication was quick and friendly. We would come back anytime! A definite recommendation for all hiking and ski enthusiasts who want to tour the beautiful Zillertal!

Katrin was a wonderful host! She was very prompt in answering all the questions that we had before and during the stay and even offered us a free upgrade to her two-bedroom apartment as we are a family of four with two little ones. The apartment is up a winding path with breathtaking views and has everything that we need including a well-equipped kitchen. When I wanted to cook and couldn't find oil, she brought me a new bottle of cooking oil which was very kind of her. One can also do laundry for 5euro in one of the washers downstairs. It was such a relaxing stay that we wished we could've stayed longer. Thank you Kathrin for your generosity and a wonderful stay at your apartment.

Kathrin was a very good hostess. They welcomed us personally and was very friendly. The apartment is exactly the images shown on Air BnB - very comfortably furnished and plenty of space! From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the valley. We really felt very comfortable and would not hesitate to go back to this apartment!

We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights and it was perfect - clean and tidy with plenty of space and stunning views from the terrace! The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the little kitchen was handy for making breakfast and snacks. It's easy to walk into either Ramsau, Zell am Ziller or Mayrhofen or to jump on the train that goes up and down the valley. There are shops and a cafe for breakfast at the bottom of the hill and restaurants within walking distance. Diane and German were wonderful hosts, their hospitality went beyond what we expected and made our holiday extra special. The best Airbnb experience we've had!

We have just returned from a short stay at Diane's Zillergrund apartment, we had a great time and would definitely return. The apartments are set back off the main road into the hill, there is a steep hill up to them, but for us this was fine. The apartment was very comfortable for 3, the bedding, towels and kitchen equipment were provided. There is a lovely view from the balcony and the bed in the bedroom was really comfy. Diane and German were great, so friendly and welcoming. They helped us lots whilst we were there and we look forward to seeing them again in the future. We used the public transport to get to the apartment and to go skiing, Diane and German gave us various lifts which we really appreciated. At the bottom of the hill there are two supermarkets and further along the road we saw a few restaurants/bars but we didn't use them. The apartment is only a 5/10 minute walk away from the train station and the ski bus and other buses stop at the bottom of the hill (few mins). Diane was really helpful with this information. A ski hire shop is at the bottom of the hill, a few minutes from the apartment We really enjoyed staying at Diane’s apartment, even her neighbour was friendly and didn’t mind when we mistook his house for Diane’s and tried our keys in his lock!

Diane and German are the people you want to have as hosts. They are friendly, funny, communicative and always very willing to help you if you get lost or need advice. The apartment is beautiful and has an incredible view of the villa and the mountains (although it is difficult not to have a nice view). Their home is the best place to stay without a doubt.

Nice and neat apartment with a good access to the surrounding mountains and ski-areas. The kitchen is well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing we did not realize beforehand is that this apartment is not somebody's spare holiday home but part of a bigger guesthouse and the owners rent this rooms for a living.

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr zeitnah und präzise. Der Empfang sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Für einen Kurztrip zum Rad fahren ist der Ort sehr empfehlenswert. Das Zillertal ist immer eine Reise wert. Auch die ruhige Lage gefiel uns sehr. Die Anbindung an Ski/Sessellifte ist super. Atemberaubende Ausflugsziele in naher Umgebung. Wer ein Sport/Naturfreund ist wird es hier lieben. Wir würden jederzeit gern wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!

The house has very convenient location: it's close to a bunch of hiking routes, at the same time very close to bus stop and has several restaurants at within 10 min of walking. Christiane provided ultimate guide how to get to Bluebird Freeridebase from Innsbruck and hence I faced no issues with doing so. The room was nice and clean, with charming balcony and absolutely breathtaking view out of the window. Hosts were friendly, helpful. They alway were around so we didn't feel isolated during raining days :) I recommend this place to everyone as one of the best I've ever visit.

Our stay at Almrausch was great. Lars was very friendly and accommodating. We can only recommend the Freeride Base!

The Bluebird Freeridebase is a really cool place to stay in Zillertal. The views to the mountains and the valley were just awesome and the guys running the place were were friendly and happy and even helped me repair my board after catching some stones :) The location is up on the mountain so definitely take snow chains as we had trouble getting up the last steep bit of the road even though the conditions were not that wintery. Skibus goes to the middle station conveniently from about 100m away and the station is about 1,5km away by car. Be aware that there might be other people staying too if you don't rent the whole place so be prepared for some noise if there are party people like there were during our stay. Earbuds would have helped since we had an early morning start :) Overall very positive experience and the offered breakfast is a really nice bonus, highly recommended!

We stayed at the Freeride base and felt very welcome. Good location with a beautiful view of the mountains. Fully equipped kitchen which was great as we wanted home cooked meals. Friendly and helpful host!

We loved everything about this place. The people were fantastic and helpful, the rooms were clean and beautiful, the views from the rooms were breathtaking, and the hostel itself is located 1300 meters above sea level with easy access to hiking, restaurants, paragliding, mountain biking, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. They even sell beer for a very cheap price in case you don't want to drive down the mountain :)

We liked the place a lot. The spot is beautiful and the house has been renovated very thoughtful and with an eye for details.

Great place, great view!

Garda's place was fantastic. My friend and I and our 4 kids 5 and under decided to get away for the weekend. Gerda's house was clean and comfortable and had the perfect amount of space to accommodate our group. The location was gorgeous and the kids loved the trampoline, kittens, ducks, goat and horse. There were great restaurants, shops and attractions within a short driving distance.

Johanna and Johann are very pleasant hosts their son Martin helped us very much with the English ;) . We visit the valley , parents and three daughters (13,11,5) . The place , we rent was very nice , big enough for 5 persons , clean and tidy . The location ,Gerlsberg , in the Middle of the Ziller valley is great between 169 and 165 roads , close enough but very quiet. We recommend visit their zimmer.

A wonderful apartment! The location was a perfect home base for day trips hiking the abundant trails in the Zillertal area, especially with hot showers and a balcony with an incredible view to come home to in the evening. Johanna and her family were wonderful hosts. I wouldn't hestitate to go back and can only recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable home sweet home in the Alps.

I loved the fresh air, the superb view and the location of the house, as it was close to the mid cabin station and the town of Zell am Ziller. Very well equipped apartment, and cozy atmosphere for a great stay at Gerlosberg's steep hills. Also, great value in comparison to staying in a noisy town down the valley.

We had a wonderful stay at Johanna's property. The apartment is clean and spacious and had great views from the balcony. It is in a very quiet location and you feel pretty much at home. Johanna & Hans were very friendly and helpful. The house looks traditional, but it has all the modern facilities inside. The apartment is just above zell am ziller town and is perfect to reach destinations in the region. There are many walking paths from close to the apartment too. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the utensils you will need. But you will need ingredients you would use, even the basics. Johanna's property is in a good & beautiful location. But as seen in other reviews, the location on the map isn't accurate. You just need to go couple of kilometers up on the same street up the hill. A car is ideal for the stay and you will need stock up on supplies as nipping out to the shop isn't as close as you might imagine. Overall, we had a great time at Johanna's property and I would recommend staying here.

Sabine and Dani are very nice hosts! The house is a wonderful refugee for enjoying a peaceful and relaxing weekend. We liked the floor-heating in the bath room, the wifi, and a perfectly equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and the view over the Zillertal was beautiful! Zillertalarena and Gerlostein (for sledging) are nearby and you can see their lights in the night. We would glady come back next year!

We had a lovely stay at the hut, the views are amazing only compromised by the short walk up the hill and the 10 minute drive up the mountain. We were greeted by the host and were able to reach them easily throughout our stay without any problems, it was a very smooth process and we were well accommodated.

Breathtaking view. Convenient location. Wonderful hospitality. What more could you ask for? My friends and I had such a wonderful weekend at this amazing cabin. After a fun day of snowboarding we had the fire place running while we star gazed from our balcony. This place and stay pretty much encompassed what we imagined in our heads from visiting the alps in the winter. The only regret we had was that we didn't book a longer stay. If I ever find myself with some free time and want to get away to appreciate the alps again, I wouldn't hesitate to book this spot again.

This is an amazing hut in a great location close to Zillertal and the ski fields. Susanne and Dany were wonderful hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. This is a very special location and we had a holiday to remember!

Lovely place

There were four in the old school house and were all very pleased. The apartment is clean. Kitchen is well equipped and has everything one needs that. Most we liked that the apartment is not in the middle of all the tourist bustle. You can start walking directly from the door. To Gerlossteinbahn it is only a short hop. The drive up is worth it! After cell one runs about half an hour. Again high (depending on how fit you are) a little longer. Here you will find restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, supermarket, etc. All in all it was a nice, relaxing vacation. Especially for the price is very recommendable the apartment!

Chic old farmhouse, exactly as described in the advertisement. 2 car parking spaces directly at the house. Bus stop / ski bus is only a few meters from the house. Quiet location, no party stronghold. Ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing. Beautiful views. Shops in Zell in about 5 km. We would definitely come back. Thank you Dirk for the quick responses to requests in advance and good advice!

Accurately described characterful property

Dirks place was really nice, clean and spacious. I really loved the view outside of our windows. Beautiful area and Alps. We really enjoyed the privacy and comfort. Thanks to the internet connection, i could still do important work stuff while beeing away on holidays.

We stayed on the ground Floor of the house on the picture. It offered enough space for the two of us. It's situated near the Zillertal which offers a lot of possibilities. So we enjoyed our stay in Hainzenberg. Thanks, Dirk. Erik And Kathy

The apartment (and actually the whole first floor of the beautiful traditional house) was really perfect! It was very, really very clean. It's situated in the mountain, the view was amazing. The distance to the skiing is very short. The house has everything for living, it's fully equipped with all necessary staff, the description is very precise. Dirk was helpful and not annoying at all:)))
