Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes of walking.

Via the A3, A45 and the four-lane B469, you can reach us quickly and easily. Cyclists we provide a lockable garage. Since there is no kitchen or cooking facilities, the apartment is only partially suitable for fitters.
