Our independent chalet not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace, in an environment without treatment or restriction. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.

Independent entrance, quiet ensured by the rural environment (the house is facing fields), very pleasant view on the mountain of Semnoz (famous spot of paragliders that we see passing above the house sincea landing area is 300m). This fully equipped studio, integrated kitchen and bathroom with shower cubicle, was completely renovated in 2016. It is perfect for 2 or 3 (1 couple with 1 child)

Ideally located, between the lakes of Annecy and Le Bourget, our cottage is at the entrance to the Bauges Natural Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountain and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and gliding with two small family ski resorts nearby: the Semnoz (30 min) and the Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for the back and hiking. 1 hour from here are the Aravis stations.

Very nice wooden chalet 50m2,near Annecy

The chalet is perfect for a couple or a family , ideally located between lakes and mountains and only 15 kms or so from Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. You will take the most of a wonderful view on the Semnoz Mountain as well as the peacefulness of the village (Héry-Sur-Alby) , while being really close to the town and all its services.
