Tiny Home Nestled Under Large Trees near Downtown Asheville

Off street parking. Spacious backyard with mountain views and back porch (connected to main house) with charcoal grill available upon request. My fiancé and I are hands-off hosts as to allow ultimate privacy but we love meeting new people and look forward to impromptu meet and greets in our back yard. We are also just a text message away if assistance is needed. The house is in Haw Creek, a charming and quiet neighborhood five minutes from Downtown Asheville. It's close to trails that access the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway. The Biltmore House, Asheville Mall and other attractions are nearby. $7-8 Uber ride to downtown Asheville Washer and dryer available upon request. Simple and healthy breakfast options will be available along with a variety of teas and coffee. Microwave, toaster, and hot plate available for your convenience.

Gashes Fluss Haus

Walk back past tall trees, over a small wooden bridge with built-in love seats. Massage tired feet on a polished river-rock shower floor. This rustic 2-story cottage, dating back over 100 years, has whitewashed stone walls and a wood-burning stove. This is an old farm hand house and it shares the same property with the main house. Gashes Fluss Haus is a 117 year old coach house. The first floor is made of stone. Please park along side the house, under the flower box. If there's anything you need, please message me. Surrounded by nature, the home is a short drive to downtown, West Asheville, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Getting downtown is a 7 minute drive. Uber is around 9 dollars. The cottage is on the same property as the hosts house.
