깔끔하고 잘 정리되어있었습니다. 수건도 넉넉하구, 주변에 집이없어서 마음껏 뛰놀아도 눈치안볼 수 있어서 좋았어요 추워서 숙소에만 있었지만, 날씨 풀리면 넓은 마당에서 놀기 좋을 것 같아요.

조용한 분위기에 너무 좋았어요 ㅎ 다음에도 종종 이용해야겠어요 ㅎㅎㅎ

We wont recomend anybody this place becuz it's such a nice place that I dont want to have hard time booking becuz it's kind of a place where it could get so popular and get sold out way ahead of time.

Benny is the best host ever! He is willing to answer any of my questions and provide a lot of information to make my travel much more convenient, local and wonderful. Although the place is in a village, but Benny drive us to the skiing resort and show us the public transportation and super yummy local restaurant. All in all, it is a wonderful stay for me!!!! You should choose this place without any hesitation, coz Benny definitely devote 100% effort to help you !

Benny is a great host! We are from Hong Kong and travelling to Korea for ski and fun. Benny's place closeby jisan forest ski resort, with a bring front yard and bbq place. Excellent for ski accommodation or bbq family gathering. Benny also offer us transport from jisan to his place and sent us back to jisan. We also dine together in a local duck resto which was very delicious! Highly recommended! 強烈推薦!

도착전에 미리 불을 피워주셔서 편하게 바베큐를 할수 있었습니다. 넓은 마당에 테이블 의자 화로 등등 시설물도 많아서 4명이 이용하기에도 충분했습니다. 방은 난방이 잘되고 뜨거운물도 잘나왔습니다. 또한 라면 과일 쌀 과자 등등도 준비되어있어서 참 좋았습니다. 서울에서 1시간 거리에 위치해있어서 접근성도 좋았고 조용하고 한적한 분위기가 좋았습니다. 다음에도 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶네요

한국어/English/日本語 모든게 다 좋았습니다. 샤워하는 곳에 뜨거운물 찬물 반대입니다. 빨간쪽하면 찬물나오고 파란쪽하면 뜨거운물 나옴. 좋았습니다~2월인데 집도 엄청 따뜻하고 바베큐도 맛있게 먹었습니다. 애완동물 데려갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다~용인오면 또 이용할 것 같아요. the place was perfect:) while taking shower the tap sign was wrong haha so if u tap it to red side then the cold water comes out and if u put it blue then hot water comes out:) the bbq was so great. 아름다운 리스팅..친절한 호스트!!

한적하고 조용해서 잘 쉬었어요. 인테리어도 근사하고 CD준비가 되어있어 좋은 음악과 함께 잘 쉬다가요. 히노끼탕이 밖에 있어 별빛을 보면서 했는데 춥지도 않고 너무 좋았어요. 물온도가 더 따뜻했으면 더 좋았을거 같은데 조금 아쉬웠지만 다른게 너무 좋아서 추천합니다.

에어비앤비만의 개성 강한 집을 알아보다가 왔는데, 기대 그 이상으로 너무 독특하고 호스트님께서 아이템 하나하나 집 구조 하나하나 정성을 담아 직접 인테리어 하고 구상하신게 보여서 더 감동깊었던 숙소 였습니다. 차가 없는 저희 커플에게 픽업 서비스, 바베큐 후에 주신 감동의 고구마 거기다 예상치 못했던 조식등 너무 친절하고 감사드렸으며, 일박이라는 짧은 숙박 기간을 뒤로 하고 다음에도 또 와야겠다는 다짐이 들었어요. 히노끼 스파를 하면서 하늘을 본다는 것은 말로 할수 없는 힐링 그자체였습니다. :) 호텔보다 더한 감동을 원하시는 분에게 강한 추천해드릴게요. 친구모임으로 다녀왔는데 제가 첫 게스트네요^^ 많은 인원이였는데 방이 네개로 넉넉하고 침구들도 갖춰져 있어서 불편함이 없었습니다 바베큐 준비도 옥상에 따로 해주셔서 좋음시간 보내고 왔습니다

everything is perfect

The 2 lots of stairs from the station are really steep... if you are fit and healthy you will have no problems if not make sure you take a taxi. The bed is hard but that seems to be quite normal in Korea. The blind in the bedroom does not block out the office block next door which has the lights on all night so make sure you bring eye masks.

Everything was perfect. Great apartment in a great location and Pablo is a great host. Only thing to be aware of, is that the building is located on a small hill and requires climbing a few steps.

Pablo's spot is a great place to stay in Seoul! Only perhaps a 5-minute walk from the subway and very close to restaurants and shops, while also being far enough away to be quiet at night. Pablo was very easy to communicate with and very responsive, and his place is quite large as well! I would completely recommend this apartment if you like the look of the Itaewon area.

This place is absolutely wonderful. It is right near transportation, restaurants and nightlife. The area itself is quiet and very beautiful for when you want to relax. The amenities are great and the host was very informative and kind. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone interested in staying in Itaewon.

Chris and Sunjun were amazing hosts - what lovely people and a lovely couple. They were so friendly and welcoming I was truly impressed. Not only did they make me feel welcome, they also included me at their table when they ate. Talk about hospitality. They both are great conversationalists. If I lived in Seoul, I'd want to include them in my friend network for sure - that's how much I appreciated their hospitality. On the last day, I tried to get money out from the ATM's in Itaewon, but because I hadn't instructed my bank that I was travelling, I got blocked. So since I was low on cash, Chris even offered to drive me to the U.S. Military base where there was an atm that he said would most likely work. I accepted the offer, and he went out of his way to drive me there. Anyhow - if you are new to Seoul, I would recommend staying with them - they will give you good tips of where to stay, and give u a good introduction. Unfortunately when I was there, I was working on a programming deadline - so I had to put my ear-phones on most of the time and be a bit anti-social cuz I had to finish my work. That was unfortunate because I would have rather visited with them ofcourse. Luckily, I finished my deadline. By the way, their shower is a really good one. I've been to many places across asia, with lower water pressure. But their shower was very refreshing to use after escaping the deadly heat of a Seoul afternoon. Also, their place is in a good location. You can simply walk down the hill (4 minutes) and another 4 minutes walking to Noksapyeong station - which is very central Seoul. Or, if you want to do touristy shopping, just go up one station (or catch a cab) to Itaewan, and you will be able to get many presents for friends back home. Anyhow, good luck on your trip - its a great value for the money - and great people to meet. Good luck Chris and Sunjun!

일단 경치 좋은곳에 위치하고 있습니다~ 룸컨디션은 정말 좋습니다~ 주인분들이 친절히 대해 주셔서 저희 가족들 모두 편안히 놀다 왔습니다~^^

시설이 깔끔하고 침구가 쾌적해서 무척 마음에 들었습니다. 더블침대 두개 외에도 침구와 베개가 충분했고, 2층방에 화장실이 따로 있어서 편하게 이용하였습니다. 동네 안에 위치하고 있어 조용하고 한적한 느낌입니다. 정말 고향집에 온것처러 가족끼리 잔디에서 배드민턴도 치고 뒷개울에서 다슬기도 잡고 편안히 쉬었어요. 호스트도 친절히 편의를 봐주셔서 감사했습니다. 다만 동네골목에 주차를해야해서 운전이 미숙하거나 차가 여러대면 좀 불편할것 같습니다.

인상 좋은신 주인 아주머니께서 반갑게 저희를 맞아주셨고 독채에서 편하게 이박을 하고 왔습니다. 저희는 아이들 포함 10명이 묵었는데 침구도 넉넉했고 침대도 신경써서 준비하신걸 느낄 수 있습니다. 바베큐 해먹을수 있는 공간이 있어 좋았고 특히 평상에 누워 즐길 수 있었습니다. 아이들이 뛰놀수 있는 마당과 그네가 있어 너무 좋았고 밤에는 개구리 소리를 벗삼아 술한잔 기울이기 좋았습니다. 특히나 65인치 최신형 TV는 정말 압권이였습니다. Very nice place to take a break away from the busy city life of Seoul. Not very far away from Seoul, but far enough that you can get some rest, bbq-ing and relaxing with a few friends in the countryside. The owners were very sweet and nice. They were helpful for every question we had (even to get chicken delivered, when we were too lazy to cook lol). Definitely would recommend this house for families. Our kids had a great time watching cartoons on the huge big screen 65" LG TV.

호스트님의 응답이 정말 빨라서 예약이나 궁금한 것들을 곧바로 피드백 받을 수 있어서 편했습니다. 숙소 위치는 많이 외지지 않고, 주변에 다른 주택도 몇 개 있어서 조용한 마을에 놀러온 느낌이 났습니다. 숙소 앞쪽 잔디밭에서 배드민턴을 치거나, 2분 거리내에 내천에 가서 발도 살짝 담가보는 등 숙소 외에 놀 거리도 소소하게 있는 편입니다. 호스트님 숙소가 근처에 위치한 만큼 적당한 소음관리는 해주셔야 할 것 같아요^^! 깨끗한 공간과 넉넉한 기초용품들을 제공해 주셔서 불편함 없이 좋은 시간 보내고 왔습니다.

★ 강추합니다!!! ★ 예약전에 메세지를 보냈을때도 바로바로 답장을 주셔서 좋았는데 역시 방문하고나서도 대만족입니다. 호스트분이 너무 좋아요 저는 친정부모님, 조카와 함께 방문했는데 뭐든 있으면 다 주려고 하시고 편하게 해주시려고 했습니다. 가서 할일없고 심심할까봐 걱정했는데 그럴 필요가 없었어요. 옆에 천이 있어서 다슬기도 잡을 수 있고 잔디있는 마당도 넓어서 애들 뛰어놀기 너무 좋았습니다. 공기도 맑고 모기도 없고 밤에는 별도 잘보여서 별자리 찾기 놀이도 했습니다. 제대로된 자연체험 하고 온 것 같아요. 바베큐기계도 매우 좋았고 집 내부 시설도 좋았어요. 60인치 넘는 대형TV에 이불도 많고 수건도 깨끗했습니다. 한국 내에서는 에어비앤비로 완전 만족한 곳을 찾기 힘들었는데 저희 가족 모두 너무 만족했습니다. 아이들 있는 가족분들이 가시면 정말 만족할 것 같은 숙소였습니다. 번창하세요!!

This was my first airbnb ever and it was an amazing experience. The space is very cute but also very clean. There is a TV and Wi-Fi as well. If you are staying for a prolonged time you can easily buy groceries and cook here since there is a fridge and stove. The bathroom is really clean as well which is always a bonus. Location is nice very close to Line 4 so you do not have to transfer to go to Dongdaemun and Myeongdong. The area is nice as well. If you are staying for a long time try to not bring clothes that wrinkle easily as there is no iron. Overall Eunjin is a great host she even provided snacks and a lovely note because she knew I was coming for Chuseok~

EunJin's studio home is close to Miasageori Station. The location is good and it takes 10-20mins to many Seoul attractions. The Seyounga building is situated in small alley; the third building besides KT Store Olleh. The lively streets and restaurants are just on the opposite exit 3. The studio itself is clean, cozy and pleasant enough for three people. The extra air mattress is amazingly comfortable! EunJin has prepared all the amenities needed and there are clothes iron, washing machine, microwave and the kitchen is functional enough. So, thank you EunJin for your kindness and hospitality. Your fast response and helpfulness are totally appreciated! Thanks again!

This is my first time experience with airbnb. Eunjin was a great host. She was quick reponse for all my request. The house exaxtly like the picture. Very near to subway station from house. I will definitely go to Eunjin house again if i visit korea

It is close to the metro station. It is convenient to go attractions.What's more, it is very comfortable to live in the good-equipped house. Finally, the most inportant, Eunjin is soooooo nice. She helps me a lot when I encounted problems.

Many restaurants, smaller skincare product outlets, department store and daiso in the area; Traveling to and fro Seoul station from/to Incheon Airport was not too troublesome. The host was also very responsive during our stay and provided us with urgent info when we needed to find a hospital etc and also let us check in earlier because we touched down early. Her apartment also require security codes to enter the building, hence making it a safer place to stay. However, would be great if in future the host provide guests with extra toiletries but not a big issue, can get from daiso if you need them. Would love to stay in her apartment again if I come back to Seoul!

The room is cozy and lovely modern design. It's perfect for 2person. Laundry is very difficult to dry since the only window is blocked. At day time, the kitchen workshop next to the room can be heard easily. But Its fine travellers normally go out at daytime.

This was a great find for us. It was not by the usual tourist stops so it allowed us to experience the full immersion of Korea. Tony was such a big help from showing us how to get from the airport to our place. He even provided a video which showed us how to get there. He was always very quick to answering our questions. I would love to stay here again.

apartment is v convenient to get to from station, with lots of food nearby. Though it is a bit out of the central area but it was still okay to travel from place to place without having to take too much time. Only issue was actually bringing the luggage to apartment. The apartment was just right for us to stay in, though certain areas of the apartment was slighty unkempt. The host was able to answer to queries fast. English proficient! (GOOD)

It was a great place to stay in. Tony was available by phone and message and he responds really quickly. Really close to the station, so it was really easy to get around and explore the rest of Seoul. The longest subway ride was the from the airport, but it wasn't difficult. We really loved the convenient location. It's also right above a market, so everything we needed was nearby.

Tony was an excellent host. He met us at the subway station and showed us to our place. He explained some things to us and made sure we were all set. When we had questions he responded right away and made sure we were happy. The location is excellent, tons of stores and restaurants nearby and it's extremely close to the subway and bus depot. The apartment is a little older but for the price it's a great deal.

This is really a lovely stay here. It's very near the subway station of Itaewon, which makes our tour convenient. The decoration of Maji's home is so beautiful and warm. Maji will also prepare lovely breakfast for us.

My brother and I stayed over Maji’s house during our first trip to Seoul. Maji was very sweet and attentive. Her apartment is located in a very trendy neighborhood, but high enough from the main road that you don’t hear any of the noise. There are many international restaurants walking distance and her place is nearby two subway stations. Her home is very spacious and clean. My brother and I had our own private bathroom. She even washed a load of laundry for us. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Now, I have to agree with the previous reviews. Her breakfasts are AMAZING!!!! I looked forwarded to them every morning. Her two granddaughters are adorable, and it was a pleasure meeting them and the other guests that were staying in the other rooms. Maji, we truly had a safe and enjoyable trip, in large part thanks to you. I hope to have the opportunity to stay with you again during my next visit to Seoul. 고맙습니다!!!

Staying with Maji is probably the best experience that I had on airbnb! I am an experienced user on airbnb and Maji's house is definitely my favourite. The house itself is very elegant, and stylish. I really love our room too, the bed is very comfortable and everything is so clean! Maji (Hye Sook is her real name) is very gentle, graceful and she makes the best breakfast. I also really love seeing her family around especially her granddaughter who is very cute.

We enjoyed our stay with Maji sooo much :) She is a very helpful, friendly, always smiling person, and to stay with her at the end of our trip through Korea was our highlight. The room is perfect; everything clean, lovely decorated. Also the bathroom, fresh towels every day and everything so clean, it is like coming home. We also liked very much her breakfast. And no, I do not mind the street :) It is a little exercise to go up and down every day, but it was not that bad as I had expected (and worried). I have seen worse streets in Seoul :) So I would recommend a stay in Maji's home and would always hope to be back one day :)

Jason and his family were very accommodating. The room was clean and towels/shampoo etc were provided. The location is about a 10 minute walk from Songtan station and close to a number of restaurants, quite convenient. I didn't spend much time in the place apart from sleeping but Jason was happy to provide me with help whenever I needed it. Definitely would recommend it for anyone looking for a nice afforable room :)

This was my first air BnB experience, and I enjoyed every bit of my stay here. Jason and his family are kind, helpful and welcoming! When I fell ill Soojin even came to my door with extra blankets and medicine!

Jason and his wife were wonderful. Communication to meeting up prior to my arrival was super easy. Jason responds very fast, which made everything very fast and smooth. The location of the apartment is right on the edge of the entertainment district which is very nice for eating and getting around. Great place and great hosts. Located in the best part so easy to find day or night. And located near the hottest bars and clubs. Enjoyed our night and had an amazing place to crash. If you ever need a place near the base, look no further!

I'll introduce myself a little bit so whoever is reading this review can relate to how I thought of the place and the hosts: Jason and his wife. I am currently an officer in the ROK Air Force. I like to travel. I've been to more than 20 countries worldwide, travel at least once a month, and stayed at places ranging from bunkbed guest houses to 5 star hotels. I don't mind walking long distances and I usually just carry one backpack. Hygiene is my number one priority but not to the extent of being mysophobic. With that said, here's my REVIEW. Jason seems like a great guy. I spoke to him for a bit (not as much as I hoped to because I had other appointments) but he's a cheerful person to be with. As a host, Jason is very respectful of privacy, if you so demand, and he can make you feel right at home. Jason and his wife are expecting a new member to their family and I'm already convinced she has the best parents in the world :] However, I have to say, Jason and his wife aren't the best of photographers; I hope their baby daughter is photogenic (no offense). I say this because the room they are offering is much better than the photo they uploaded. I guess a picture is not always worth a thousand words. The room was slightly warm for my liking but Jason kindly provided a huge fan and a small one you can plug to your phone. Other than that, the room was very clean with fresh sheets for the bed. (I won't comment on the amenities/snack bar because the hosts may change their policy.) The bathroom was speckless and spacious. You may have to bring your own brand of shampoo though. I personally didn't have any problems since I had a few 1-time-use shampoo samples with me. Then again, I never asked the hosts if I could get shampoo from them. Their place is only a few minute walk from Songtan's little 이태원 (international street). From what I hear, this is where all the good restaurants are. All in all, I'm looking forward to my next visit to Songtan now that I know my number one choice for lodging. Final comment: This is all very new to me because I've never used AirBnB before. In fact, that makes two new things because I've never ever written a review before. I want to thank Jason and his wife for being such great hosts. I sincerely hope to see you guys again in the near future. Congratulations once again for the upcoming baby princess :]

This was our second AirBnB experience and as great as the first one. We were the second to stay at Matthew apartment. We loved staying here. The apartment was big with big bedrooms, big living room and big kitchen, new furniture. The apartment complex is one of the very few places you can find having a green park with trees and gras as garden with tables and charis, making us feel like we were in the countryside even if we were located in the middle of one of the most modern areas sorrounded by skyscrapes. Located on a side street, central in Gangnam and very close to many restaurants, cafes and grocery stores just around the corner, but still quiet. 5 minutes walk from both Metro and bus and the underground shopping center. Matthew was super. We chatted many times during the stay, and he gave us alot of advice where to visit and many other questions, that helped us since this was our first time in Seoul and a very impulsive trip so we had not done much research. Yes. This was a top stay and the host also get top rating on this.

I stayed in Seoul for a long weekend to visit friends. Not my first time in Seoul, but as a non-Korean speaker it's still a challenging city to get around in. Fortunately Matthew offers a welcoming home that suits my Western tastes. The whole process was smooth as silk, the room was clean, and all electricity/water worked perfectly. A great stay. Also, for those new to Seoul, this is a fantastic location.

Matthew was very friendly and knowledgeable about Seoul and Korea in general. He sent me to some great places for running and hiking in Seoul, accompanied me to the supermarket to buy Korean sauces and also invited me to join himself and some friends for drinks one night. The room is as described, comfortable and clean, and the neighborhood is extremely quiet, but very conveniently situated a few minutes walk from both Yeoksam and Gangnam stations.

What a fantastic apartment and host! He really does know pretty much everything about Seoul, and he genuinely loves hosting people. The room was great, the apartment and grounds amazing, and the location simply fantastic. I'd recommend any of Matt's places--he's probably the best host in Seoul for foreigners.

Matthew's place was clean and tidy place. Check in was very simple with clear instructions. Matthew was very responsive to any questions or queries. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Matt is a warm person by disposition. And it shows in all things he did and said. It was very good decision to stay at his house

from check-in to check-out, Matthew was a great host. very communicative and answered any questions I had promptly. the location is fantastic, quiet and spacious, aside from being near the heart of Gangnam. plenty of places to eat within walking distance, close to convenience stores, and conveniently near the Yeoksam Subway station.

Matt was a delightful host. He replied quickly and had the room ready for us when we arrived. His house and room was exactly as described. It was very clean and welcoming and coming back home every night brought me comfort as if it was my home. This Airbnb location is great for those staying in Gangnam area. There are plenty of bakeries and gyms near by and the subway is VERY close. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

2 rooms, 1 large living room, kitchen, bathroom georaseo writing all the dokchae which was very side. Good rest quietly with the family unit, is also good scenery. I love to barbecue on the balcony. Gakkaunde and go far away to get it ready for the all you need, because the super or something. Kindness to you for guidance and will rest comfortably entertain ~ ^^

I thank submitted to Host minutes so kind and much effort trying to give help on the trip. Clean and not looking around I noticed as I liked playing alone villa of spacious living in swilsu. Also it liked the terrace of a size that can eat barbecue ^^
