Cozy apartment in the center of Grossarl with great view over the place and the mountain backdrop. Very bright and friendly furnished. Simply perfect for a couple of soothing days for relaxation or sporting activity. Our pretty, small but fine apartment offers enough space for 2 people, with living and dining area and balcony, bathroom with hairdryer, toilet and shower, living room with TV, WiFi and you sleep in the Swiss stone pine bedroom with comfortable double bed. 100 years old log house, which was demolished in 2008 in the neighboring village and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Special care was taken with regard to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, waste wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cosy little house (75m²) served us for 10 years as a residence.
