Mary and Dick were great hosts, easy to get along with and and totally welcoming to the whole family. Their farm is a beautiful spot and our kids were thrilled to get up close and personal with the dogs, goats and ducks and see how the farm works. To quote our four year old, there were "so many animals to be kind to." There are lots of activities nearby and it's a great break from life in the city.

We loved our getaway at Mary's. From the warm welcome we received from Mary, Dick and the dogs to the amazing goat cheese and kind birthday wish it was all perfect. We enjoyed the hiking trails and learning about the goats and ducks. We will be making a visit again and spreading the word about this gem.

If I am ever in this area again I would not consider staying anywhere but here if it's available. The yurt is beautiful and cozy. Mary and Dick are the best hosts I have encountered on Airbnb and love to talk about their farm and the wonderful things to do in the area. Thank you!!

A wonderful, clean, beautifully constructed unique small home in the woods. Near to downtown Maple City and a short drive to Glen Arbor and the dunes. The hosts are hospitable and exceptionally kind and helpful. I recommend, but hope it doesn't get too booked up; I plan to be back soon!

I highly recommend the Yurt at Spruce Hill Farm. Our hosts Mary and Dick were so kind, generous, and answered all of our questions. They made our first airbnb experience a very pleasant one. Their property is incredible. The Yurt was the perfect size and it felt like home. The beds are comfortable, everything was clean, and I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Our daughters (age 6&7) loved helping out with the goats and feeding the ducks. The two dogs were fun and friendly as well. The property is gorgeous and we enjoyed walking the trail back to the sweater trees! The yurt didn't disappoint. All the amenities we needed and then some. We will most definitely be back as it was just what our family needed to escape. The drive to the sleeping bear dunes was about 15 min. Glen Arbor was also a fun place to visit and the drive was short!

The yurt was great! Very clean, fully furnished and in a great location. Wandering around the farm was fun and helping to milk the goats was exciting for our kids. Lots of nice restaurants & beaches all within a short drive and Traverse City was just 25 minutes away. Definitely recommend.

My husband, teenage daughter and I spent two nights at Kathy and John's place. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable and we loved the eco-friendliness. A great home base for our travels to the Sleeping Bear Dunes and the charming small towns around the peninsula. Kathy and John were very helpful and willing to acquaint us with the area. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

We stayed at Kathy and John's for 3 nights with our son and had a wonderful time. The space is very comfortable for 3, their property and house is beautiful, peaceful and quiet and their location close to Sleeping Bear Dunes and other area attractions is great. Kathy was easy to get hold of via text and they were both very helpful with recommendations, easy to get along with and otherwise let us be. I highly recommend their space.

All you need is love turned out to be just like it was represented! Kathy was a great host! Super easy to communicate with and available if we needed her. The apartment is private and very clean with everything you need. We had never used a composting toilet before and it was fine. The location is centrally located to a lot of great things that the Leelanau peninsula has to offer but it is also its own private oasis! Beautiful hiking trails through the woods and fields! The stars at night are unbelievable. If you are looking for a great value in a clean apartment in a beautiful setting this is a great choice!

Kathy and John are great hosts with an adorable guest house! The verge able to accommodate our request for an early check in and we're helpful in showing is how to work the compostable toilet (a first for us)! I highly recommend their place as kathy and John are gracious hosts and the guest house had everything we needed and then some. A nice secluded location away from the bustle of Glen Arbor yet a very easy drive to all the cool towns along M22 & Traverse City.

Very clean home. I loved the personalized touches to the decor. Made me feel at home. The property had everything I needed for my trip. This property isn't far from the beach and towns, so I felt the value was spot on. I could get to where I needed in a 15 minute car ride. The property is so peaceful. It's surrounded by trees.

Mimi and Norm are lovely people. We got to know them during our brief stay, they've led fascinating lives, and are great conversationalists. They provided us with everything we needed, and gave us helpful advice on what to check out in the area. The house is gorgeous, surrounded by peaceful natural beauty.

My two girl friends and I stayed at Mimi and Norm's this past week as an escape from busy city lives. This being our first time using Airbnb, it was a warm and affirming experience in my favorite part of Michigan. It's obvious that Mimi and Norm are meant to befriend many people from around the world, and this is without a doubt one of the coolest ways to do it. Stay with them! No regrets.

The best choice I made, was to go for Mimi and Norms place! It's located in the middle of the forest, wonderful and absolutely peaceful. Perfect to relax and inhale the pure nature! Mimi and Norm are great hosts, a lovely couple. Norm recommended some hiking trails and good places to see in the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, which were fantastic! Mimi gave me a short insight in the taste of very good chocolate. They both made me feel comfortable the very first moment I arrived and were around for questions and tips! The room was very clean and cosy. It's very quiet despite the sound of some birds in the morning! :) Unfortunately I only had two days, I could have spent at least a week or two. So take your time. Both Mimi and Norm with their beautiful home and the Lakeshore are worth it! I absolutely recommend their place! And I'd love to come back one time..

This was a very good surprise... The House in the Wood is so nice, well located close to the sleeping Bear dunes park. Norm and Mimi were with us like old friends that allow us to feel at home. We enjoyed the time spent here but was too short.

Staying with Mimi and Norm was a truly wonderful experience. They welcomed me into their beautiful home with incredible warmth and generosity and I was very sad to leave! I left having made new friends and enriched and inspired by the experience of staying with Mimi and Norm, talking with them, and meeting some of their (also amazing) friends and family. Mimi and Norm were kind enough to invite me to join them for dinner with friends and family which was thoroughly enjoyable (especially as I was travelling alone), though they were also very respectful of my space and helpful in giving great pointers about places to explore and people to visit. The area is stunning. Beautiful dunes and coastline, and endless forests (golden in the Autumn, when I visited!). The towns of Empire and Glen Arbor are also lovely and very easy to drive to. I will do everything I can to make sure I get the chance to return to this fantastic place, and to see Mimi and Norm again.

We loved staying at the cottage. Glen lake has been a place we've visited for years. Breath taking views and gorgeous water.This was one of the most renovated places we've stayed in. Perfect for a young family with shallow water. Decorated really cute inside and the beds were super comfortable!

Perfect location if you are looking for a Sleeping Bear Dunes vacation. The house had everything we needed.

This cottage is nicely remodeled and in a terrific location. The cottage is small but with terrific natural light. There is now a set of bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom with a full-size lower bunk (can fit 3 kids in that room). Kitchen is well-stocked and we had all we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit and dock, and neighbors are lovely. We swam, canoed, and biked every day. Sleep Bear National Lakeshore is right across the road with a great path.

Perfect for a long weekend getaway. The loft is gorgeous the pictures don't do it justice, it feels so open and spacious. Not only did we enjoy staying there, but it was close to everything we wanted to do in Glen Arbor.

The loft was wonderful and quite. Very private. The town of Glen Arbor is a jewel to behold. Wish we had more time to explore more trails. Nature, activities and small town charm all wrapped up in one.

Elaine was a great hostess- she stayed in contact with us prior to our arrival, greeted us when we arrived and showed us the loft and made sure all our questions were answered. The loft was as advertised- quiet, comfortable, clean and spacious. Perfect for a long weekend or even a week stay for a couple "Up North". We would definitely stay here again!

The Loft at Born Cottage so surpassed our expectations. Elaine reached out to us before arriving with directions and upon arrival to make sure she was available when we arrived. The Loft had a private entrance, was clean, spacious, very comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom and shower were clean and provided ample room for two. Within walking distance of downtown Glen Arbor made it very convenient. Elaine and her were available if we needed anything, but gave us our space to come and go at our pace and on our timeline. It was a pleasure to stay at the Loft and we hope to return again.

Susan's space was very quiet & extremely clean, everything seemed brand new. The closeness to Glen Arbor and the Leelanau trail were perfect for me, as was the drive to Traverse without the high cost of a hotel room there. The pictures don't do the space justice, was extremely roomy for 2 people:)

Sue and Dylan were very accommodating a responsive. Sue's place was excellent - newly remodeled and spotlessly clean. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets/towels are of high-end hotel quality. The location is conveniently positioned between Traverse City and Glen Arbor, giving you access to both sides. The house is surrounded by trees, ensuring a peaceful and serene stay. Overall, we've been very happy with our stay and I highly recommend that you check it out.

Susan's home was a great find! We stayed here for a nearby wedding and it was perfect. Plenty of room for two people to get ready and spread out a little bit. Very clean and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was great for zipping around the peninsula too. Susan and Dylan were great hosts, but we had plenty of privacy as well. Beautiful setting and would recommend to anyone staying in Leelanau.

Me and my girlfriend had one full week staying here and loved it! The accommodations were very nice and cozy, everything is new, the bed was very comfortable, nice bathroom, very clean. The kitchen for our breakfasts before leaving for the day was perfect. A coffee maker with everything we needed, plus teas and a microwave for teas in the evening. For us the location was perfect because Maple City is in the middle of everything we wanted to visit. Especially close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor and Leland. During the week we only saw our host 3 times and she was very friendly and easy. Gave us great information and ideas on the first day. We also loved her dog so much.. Lola is a sweetheart. We highly recommend making reservations at this lovely place. It was perfect and we had an amazing week!

Susan was so kind to accommodate us last minute after the host we booked with months ago had to cancel. We were in town for a family reunion and her home was less than 15 minutes away from our event. We received a warm greeting from Susan and her sweet dog Lola. For me, the most important thing is that the space I rent must be very clean otherwise I cannot relax. Susan's rental was not only clean, it was well equipped and everything was brand new. We were so grateful for the quiet space to come home to at night. The huge bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in (and the sheets were so soft!). We didn't have a need to use the kitchen area much but were grateful for the full size refrigerator to store things in.

Susan was a very nice host and her dog Lola was an absolute delight. The room was amazing and very clean. I highly recommend staying here.

We absolute loved this place. Clean, quiet, and with all the right amenities. We stayed the weekend and wished we could stay longer. Our son loved the space to play and at night the closet full of games was perfect. Felt like home away from home.

Huge house; great for families or friends

The location of this home is in in Glen Arbor, within walking distance of restaurants and shops, yet it feels secluded as trees are around the home. Love the trees, I hope they are not removed. Looking out the patio doors it feels like you're in the woods. The grounds around the house are left natural and not manicured. Nice to some extent, but needed a little attention. Plenty of parking. House is very nice with comfortable furniture. I loved that the home is "no pets" and the property is "no smoking". That alone will have me coming back even if I have to bring towels and sheets. Wish the owner would reconsider providing towels and linens. I found this to be unusual. The front load washing machine does create an odor. Does anyone really like these front loaders? Lovely home, would rent again.

This was just what I was hoping for! We did a girls weekend to experience the winery tours and sleeping bear dunes. Just down the road from the dunes. The condo was clean and lovely and right on the water. Very relaxing vibes. Carrie was an amazing host! Always quick to respond and very helpful with any concerns I had. A very accommodating host as she provided many essentials for our stay with a fully equipped/stocked house. Would def recommend!

Richard had everything ready when we arrived. The tidy little mobile home was in a perfect location for us to access the joys of Northern Michigan. The neighbors on both sides were delightful and available to answer any extra questions, and one even shared some delicious snow peas from their garden. The wifi and cable amenities were used and appreciated during the evenings when we returned for some "down time". We loved all the windows which gave us airflow, light for our knitting and game playing, and a beautiful view of the woods in the back.

The trailer is very comfortable for groups for up to 4 people. The surroundings are very calm, making you rest deeply and thoroughly. The location is convenient for the Glen Lake and Sleeping Bear lakeshore and dunes. Richard is very responsive to airbnb messages and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for people seeking peace and calm. We would also like to return there in the future.

Very responsive to text messages. The sub flooring in the kitchen could use some shoring up, and the back stairs have a couple boards that are very worn and give easy under weight.

Richard's trailer cabin is very well-located for visitors to Sleeping Bear Dunes. It has what it shows. Don't expect anything fancy; this is a basic needs place where things are a bit worn, but certainly functional. Richard is very helpful (he gets five stars) and provided quick responses and clear instructions.

This is a trailer straight from Mad Men with all the upshots of 'post-modern' life (read: a no-smoking policy and wi-fi). It's old and has its quirks and could use a thorough overhaul but its charm is irresistible and the location is fantastic. My kids LOVED IT.

Ricard promptly responded to our text messages. The property itself is dated and the mattress could use a pad but everything works ok and it's a short drive to sleeping bear and glen arbor. Thanks for letting us stay.

This rental is in serious need of a deep cleaning. The trailer is old and it is beginning to show. The towels and bed pillows need to be all replaced. If you are not fussy, it will probably do for you but if you are looking for a comparable experience in a hotel costing the same amount (Comfort Inn, Best Western) in terms of cleanliness, comfort and linens this is not the place for you. It has the capability of being a very nice rental but it has been neglected and not kept up. I have never given a bad review but I could not let this one go without comment.

It was a fantastic place. Very spacious. When I first read about it being a trailer I was a bit skeptical of how spacious it would be and what amenities it might have, but the place has everything you can ask for. Had a nice rustic feel to it and me and my 3 other friends loved it!

Kristin's cottage was exactly as described and better than expected! She was there to greet us at the park office and checked in on us shortly after. The space was perfect for our weekend getaway. The full kitchen made it easy to prepare a few meals in the cottage. She has a keurig in the kitchen as well. The porch area was great for sipping on a morning cup of coffee. The location was perfect for hiking Sleeping Bear Dunes. It's also only a short drive to Traverse City. If anyone need a cozy place to stay in Empire, MI this is it!

Kristin communicated promptly and clearly. She was also willing to accommodate some inconvenient last minute changes to the reservation (i.e. arriving earlier than planned).

It was a very nice place. The cabin is relatively new and is contemporary in design. Very modern for a cabin in a northern campground. Everything that we needed was there. They even supplied a Keurig coffee maker with some Kcups. The bed was a queen size and was comfortable. There was only one thing that I found to be lacking and that was the WiFi. It was supplied for free as advertised but it was a pretty slow and spotty connection. Tested speeds averaged about 2 Mbit down and about 250 Kbit up. It was probably some type of satellite connection because on our last morning there it was rainy and cloudy and the connection was dropping constantly. It may not be important to most people but I do remote support for people and a solid connection is important to me. It was a great stay though and we would highly recommend it.

Kristin was very accommodating when I said we might be there a little earlier than check in time, it's in an RV park but we stayed in the cottage there.

Staying at Kristin's cabin near Sleeping Bear Dunes was great! The space was cozy, clean, and near so many things we wanted to do/see — the dunes, Traverse City, Glen Arbor. I'd definitely stay there again.

This cabin is in a perfect loaction to explore the Leelanau Peninsula and watch sunsets over Big Glen Lake. I was there in September and the outside fire pit was perfect for the cool evenings and the inside fireplace knocked the chill off in the morning. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Heidi responded quickly to my emails and questions and provided information on hiking trails and the area. Because the nights were getting cooler, she even dropped off extra blankets for me.

The cottage was super cute and cozy. It is right across the lake. It was so peaceful and beautiful. Heidi was extremely responsive with her replies and had the cottage ready despite us arriving late. There was no issues getting in at all. There were everything that we need for our weekend getaway and even board games (loved the idea though we didn't have time to play it). I highly recommend this adorable cottage if anyone is visiting the Sleeping Bear Dunes!

It was a great experience to stay in the cabin and very relaxing. It was basic but everything expected was available and for me personally important: NO Mosquitos inside. Formalities were very informal and the contact was very easy and direct. The recommendations for restaurants were very good and indeed, you need to reserve if Heidi recommends to do so. Lovely stay at the cabin in the woods with 4 friends. It was quaint and perfect for relaxing. We hung out on the public dock across the street and also were able to enjoy traverse city close by. Everything was clean and the hosts were very responsive!

It is such a beautiful cabin and you can see Glen Lake right from the front porch! The lake is literally right across the road and there's a public dock that you can sit on and use for swimming. It's also about 15 minutes away from Lake Michigan and Sleeping Bear Dunes.

We loved our visit at Glen Lake! The cabin was perfect for our family. We didn't realize how central it was to everything in the area and how beautiful the lake right across the street would be. Breathtaking sunsets every night that we could watch from the dock. Can't wait to to come back! Heidi was a very attentive host and the cabin was very clean and well kept.

Myself and 5 of my friends stayed at Heidi's and we had an amazing time! The cabin was very clean and everything was as described. It was small but was a great place for even a group of 6 college students. They also provide wifi which was nice. It was a great location, the cabin is just across the street from the public dock and Glen Lake is so beautiful. It was a very relaxing and quiet area as well. When we ran out of anything Heidi was able to get it to us. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The listing description was entirely accurate. The location was wonderful and the house was adorably decorated and very cozy. There is a lot of space to spread out in the house and it would be great for a family (although our group was just 3 women). Todd was very well organized and responsive when we needed to be restocked on a few odds and ends.

The " Lucky Pig" is a charming , well appointed and sparkling clean cottage. Central to the many activities and charming towns of the area, the location is excellent. Todd met us at the appointed time and was accessible and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay. Keep in mind for cool season visitors - the cottage has radiant heat and when the temperature drops suddenly as it did during our stay, you cannot simply adjust the thermostat. We were told it takes two days for radiant heat to warm to new temp. Space heaters were provided but even so the interior temp was a crisp 64* so bring warm sweaters as Mother Nature can be unpredictable in Northern Michigan!

Todd welcomed us late in the evening despite a late arrival. Everything was well explained and as expected. We had a fantastic time in Empire and I would strongly recommend. We came with 2 small kids - the stairs were not ideal but Todd had warned us prior to booking - and they had an absolute ball, running on the porch and the grass outside. Information about house is excellent and surrounding area is adequate. Would Highly recommend.

The Lucky Pig is an awesome place to stay. The house had everything to make it our temporary home for a few days - a well equipped kitchen (plates, mugs, silverware, a decent coffee maker, up-to-date appliances, cookware, etc). On the main floor, the radiant heat floor, made the cottage cozy. We brought slippers but they weren't necessary. We're a pretty particular family when it comes to cleanliness and this house passed the test with flying colors. One thing to keep in mind is that sound carries well in this house. If you are looking for soundproof, private rooms for everyone, this may not be the place for you. A conversation at the kitchen table can be heard upstairs or downstairs, as though you are at the kitchen table. Todd was extremely helpful and friendly. We highly recommend staying here.

Charming home in a beautiful location, convienient to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Leelanau area. From the rough sawn floors to the hand hewn beams, this home reflects the spirit of Up North Michigan.

This was our first experience with Airbnb and will not be our last. The user interface is the best I've ever used. Todd was friendly and happy to take care of anything we needed. His user's guide is ideal for you to maximize your stay. The house is bigger than you might think from the description. For example, the walk-out basement is great, with a laundry room, a small bedroom, a family room with nice big HDTV, board games, fast internet, etc. No matter the weather, you'll be happy. No hotel can compare especially at this price. The kitchen has up to date appliances, all the cooking tools you might need, and plenty of room to do your thing! The house has lots of windows for nice natural light and fresh country air. No AC is needed. The neighborhood is totally quiet and is an easy bike ride or walk to anything including one of the best and unique Lake Michigan beaches!

We arrived Friday afternoon 6/13 and had a wonderful stay at Martha & Ron's log cabin. Note, this location does have a view of Glen Lake in the distance--however, it is not on the lake! (listed in the details, but over looked by me when I originally booked it!) The apartment itself was very welcoming, and clean with a true 'up north' feel. Our family of 3 had a very enjoyable relaxing weekend staying at the log cabin. If we were to head back to Glen Arbor, we would certainly stay here again.

We had a great experience at this cabin and in Glen Arbor! Martha and her family made us feel welcome, were always in touch, and provided anything we needed. Perfect place for a weekend of unplugging and exploration.

The place was exactly as described. Nice place, nice host.

My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon and Martha had the place unlocked and ready for our arrival with delicious cherry turnovers. No one was home and we did not meet or see anyone the four days that we were there. We could hear them from time to time but nothing excessive. Pros: 1. Super close to the Glen Arbor restaurants (our favorite was West Avenue Grill which had the BEST Bloody Marys and ribs) 2. Close to all of the hiking trails 3. Price was a little less than a hotel Cons: 1. The bed was TERRIBLE. The sheets were old-scratchy and pilly. Even with the bed pad the middle sank and we rolled into each other. We ended up sleeping on the couches. 2. It was pretty hot at night even with the air conditioning (couldn't find a thermostat). Not the end of the world but I would bring a small fan. 3. Had laundry but I forgot detergent so I had to run out and buy some after I already threw everything in the wash.

Clean, spacious & very appealing. Martha also goes the extra mile in hospitality & amenities.

It was close enough to Glen Arbor, not too far away from Traverse City. Had a nice view of Glen Lake from the porch. Being away from the city allows you to see the stars at night, very dark sky. It was very quiet and peaceful there.

Great location, lovely setting, and wonderfully appointed! Martha and Ron were wonderful. The locally roasted coffee in the morning was wonderful!! Thank you Martha and Ron for your hospitality!!

Wonderful place -- and perhaps the cleanest place I have ever stayed. We stayed at Martha and Ron's for a long weekend with our 2.5 year old. In addition to the nice touches others have mentioned (creamer, coffee, bandaids, etc), there was also a basket of toys in the apartment. It thrilled our kid to play with toys from the "big kids" who lived upstairs. For us, it was wonderful to be able to do laundry as needed when traveling with a toddler and to have a full kitchen. Highly recommend!

The carriage house is a nice, quiet, cozy home just up the driveway from the main bed and breakfast. It is located right in Empire and provides easy access to the M-72 and M-22 intersection. From the cabin, it is an easy 10-15 minutes walk to the Empire public beach. It is also very close to the current (as of 2017) southern terminus of the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail. For anyone looking to do the famous bike path, this is a great starting point.

Such a great little place! The carriage house was clean, quaint, and so close to downtown Empire! We parked our car and walked/biked to almost everywhere we needed to go. Holly was a great host and I would recommend her place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay in Northern Michigan!

Our family had a wonderful, serene stay at Nancy's Garden. The home and property are beautiful. We were very comfortable there as 4 adults, 1 preschooler, and 2 dogs. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made eating-in a breeze. The area is perfect- being so close to the Sleeping Bear Dunes, Empire and Glen Arbor- we could do anything we wanted- hiking, dining, arts & music, laying on the beach, and more. Nancy was a gracious host- she helped us get acquainted with the area, was very accommodating, and gave us our space, as well. Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer!

Set back about fifty yards from the county road, Nancy's place backs up to a wooded hillside. Plenty of deck for relaxing outside. Roomy kitchen with lots of countertop for group meal preparation. Pleasant furnishings. Just outside of Glen Arbor and Empire. Very pleasant.

We stayed 2 weeks at The Garden House. There was plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 kids and a baby. The property is gorgeous and it was a quick drive to town and the beaches.

My friends and I stayed her for the M22 Challenge. The property was beautiful with tons of flowers and a very private deck in the back including a nice fire pit. It was a quick 10 min ride to the race location and about 5 mins to downtown Glen Arbor. Nancy was very friendly and was great with communication. I definitely recommend staying here with Nancy.

Nancy's home is beautiful inside and out. We appreciated all the artwork and her beautiful garden. It is in a central location to visiting many of the great sites the area has to offer. We enjoyed Esch Rd Beach, Sleeping Bear Dunes and Glen Arbor. A great place to make memories with the ones you love!

Fantastic home, nice host, great location, what more could you want? *Bonus, there's a radio tower right next to the house, so the cell coverage is fantastic. Nancy also has wifi in the house

Nancy was very welcoming! Her place was cozy and the perfect base for endless hiking.

Perfectly scenic setting on Little Glen Lake, with super view of Sleeping Bear Dune Climb, fire pit, and soft sand in warm water (on our own little beach!). Heritage Trail bike path was close by, for ride to Dune Climb, Glen Arbor or just pleasure. As well, the Pierce Stocking Scenic Drive was only minutes away, and made for a super place to witness the sun setting over Lake Michigan. Provided bikes and kayak were super amenities. The home itself is classic old-school, cozy cabin on the lake. Our family of four was comfortable and wanted for nothing. Thank you Dave, for sharing your slice of heaven.

The listing was completely accurate and in fact the property and amenities were even better than shown and described David was fantastic in providing information on the property and area. The lake and beach area is fantastic and in fact the sandy beach area extends hundreds of feet out and the wateris only waist high. Nightly fires in the fire pit was a huge highlight with David providing a huge wood pile to draw on. Beautiful area and property and I would recommend highly. On a scale of 10. Thus place is a 10. Great, secluded location at a very popular vacation spot. The cabin had everything we needed along with a kayak and bikes. Great view of the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes on Little Glen. Such a fun and relaxing week. Thanks Dave!

We had a wonderful week right on beautiful Little Glen Lake in David's quaint cottage! The waterfront was spectacular and perfect for day time swimming and making S'mores around the fire pit at night. We also took advantage of the bikes, kayak and hiking trails for many outdoor adventures. The cottage was well equipped and we cooked many of our meals right there. With three bedrooms, it is a great place for a family or a group of friends!

David was very communicative and the cabin was exactly as described. The only difference is that you kind of have to see the beach in person to appreciate it. My friends and I had a great time here!

This location couldn't be better! It's right on the lake with minutes away from the Dunes. Thanks to that our stay was beyond excellent! Beautiful, cozy cabin, calm and relaxing neighborhood and on top of it all, an AMAZING host. David was very caring about our trip which is very appreciated. That being said David's cabin is literally a must place to stay at, we are very confident to recommend it.
