In the center of Maasholm village is one of the oldest houses (built in about 1728). It has been restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic Fischerkate with modern comforts. This resulted in two duplex apartments with a lot of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The ground floor impresses with its characteristic, exposed wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

The apartment is located on our old 1.5 h large Resthof 'Wilde Koppel' between Flensburg and Eckernförde, where we run sustainable, ecological permaculture and a small, private wood workshop.
