Now our guest house with sauna is ready for those of you who want to rent a cozy cottage with 6 beds, wonderful view of the lake and Järvsös ski slopes. Bathing jetty with free access to rowboat May-Sept. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you go to the slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3 (electric car charging is available). The lake is tracked under the correct weather conditions, so if you want to go long, it is possible. The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 1 bathroom and fireplace and is our little paradise!

Simple cottage in secluded location

Want to rent out a simple cottage just a few meters from the lake edge with nice evening sun and a nice little garden, only 20 minutes from Hudiksvall. The cabin has electricity but no running water running. There is a smaller boat with two-stroke engine as well as two soups to borrow. Storstugan is equipped with tables, chairs and sofa. The kitchen has two hot plates, fridge and microwave. The sleeping cabin has two bunk beds as well as two spare mattresses. The cabin is located only kilometers from the popular fishing spot Långtjärn with inhabited fish.

Fantastic cottage right next to the lake. Sauna, hot tub and boat with motor. Long jetty by the beach and the swimming pit in the water. The cottage is located in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5min from E4. Shop is 10min drive from the cottage. The cottage lacks electricity and running water. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water in cans. Boat available May-Oct. The hot tub is under new construction and will be ready when the water has sunk away. Calculated to be ready mid/end of May.

Two balconies with double seating areas, both upstairs and with lake view. (New outdoor space July 2023) There are several ski tracks, ice skating lakes nearby if weather allows. Kungsberget and Högbo ski resorts, only 35min away (34km) 12km to central Ockebo with shops, restaurants, cafe and beautiful Wij gardens.

Nice place to stay with a sea plot

Relax in this unique and quiet home right by the ocean. The cottage has villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hot-air oven and stove with induction stovetop etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Take a long forest walk and coziness in front of the fireplace. There is possibility of sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe and simpler rowing boat are available to borrow.

The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Unfortunately no access to the water from our plot.
