«Montagne & Prestige» is a charming cottage (8 people) located in Font-Romeu Odeillo, in the heart of the old village of Font-Romeu, benefiting from mountainous areas and nearby activities (skiing, hiking, fishing, golf, mountain biking, climbing, natural hot water baths...). The Gîte, which extends over nearly 100m2, is the result of a quality renovation that just ended in January 2017. The Cottage consists of 3 bedrooms with their private bathrooms. The cottage is equipped with all modern comforts (oven, induction hobs,microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet). The wood and stone give this place a luxurious and warm atmosphere. Completely renovated "chalet spirit", very functional apartment T2 mansard, located in the residence "Les Gentianes" in Bolquère/ Pyrenees 2000, at the foot of the ski slopes (50 m) and hiking trails. Its proximity to the start of the slopes, ski school, all entertainment, children's play park and shops is appreciated. On the 4th floor, rooftop, with an elevator. Secure ski locker on the ground floor and large parking (not private) at the foot of the residence.

Beautiful apartment at the foot of the slopes and the forest

This is an apartment less than 100 meters from the slopes and about ten meters from the forest giving access to multiple hiking trails. A children's playground is directly in front of the residence. a fully equipped open kitchen overlooking a terrace on which you can have lunch. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with double bed 140 with a dressing room as well as a cabin with bunk beds in 80. The bathroom includes the toilet with a large closed shower.

A moins de 10 mn du centre-ville de Font-Romeu, charmant petit appartement de 25 m2 en rez-de-jardin. Cosy et douillet, il dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Nous vivons dans la maison au-dessus mais l'appartement dispose d'une entrée indépendante et d'un jardin privatif.
