Beautiful home away from home located in a quiet neighborhood. The home is split like a duplex. You will have the entire space to yourself as well as your own private entrance. Easily check in with self-check-in. There is a smart door lock. The property has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Comes stocked with a kitchenette and everything you’ll need for any home-cooked meals. A comfortable sectional that turns into a bed. The home is located 40 minutes from Miami and 20 minutes from the Florida Keys.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located in Homestead, you are in the central location for outlets, The Florida Keys and Miami. 2 floor apartment with the main bedroom on the second floor. Also located on the second floor is the bathroom and shower. All Televisions are brand new smart Tv's. They include Hulu, Netflix, HBO and Paramount for free. Avocado Villas is a quiet neighborhood, and the house is surrounded with security cameras for your protection.

Has separate entrance with key pad, kitchen & cozy patio area in a peaceful residential neighborhood right off the Florida turnpike exit 9 close to Florida Keys & Everglades. Being a family ourselves we understand it might be easier to stay at a comfort of a home vs hotel, but also potential for noise with our lively 11 year old son.
