Relax with the whole family in this peaceful getaway! There is a large garden and covered sitting area adjacent to a laundry room. Across a courtyard leads you to the shared swimming pool (10m x 4m) which looks over lovely views to our private lake and pastureland. There’s also a childrens’ play area with slide, swing, climbing frame and adjacent woodland. La Fraisière consists of a kitchen/diner, large salon and downstairs shower & WC. Upstairs: 3 double BRs, 1 single BR and a bathroom & WC.

We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few mins away or 20 min walk.

Come and enjoy a unique stay in the green Périgord with this spacious house for 8 people. It offers a living room with equipped kitchen and dining table, living room with smart TV and 2 comfortable sofas. Upstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms: 2 with queen size beds and shower, a shared shower room for the other two that have 2 single beds (queen size convertibles). The exterior offers a view of the medieval castle of the Domaine. Private pool (June/September) and barbecue are at your disposal.

Single-storey holiday cottage of 105 m², with no stairs, surrounded by nature with a swimming pool and private pond. Fully independent, it accommodates up to 8 guests and offers a garden and sunny terrace. New 8 x 4 m swimming pool, maximum depth 1.60 m, equipped with a heating cover. A temporary terrace is in place, with outdoor landscaping planned for autumn and spring. We welcome you to a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing with family, friends, or enjoying some quiet time alone.

Just 5 minutes from Brive and with parking, this cosy retreat is the perfect place for a romantic weekend, a wellness getaway or a break from the daily grind.

Hiking trails from the mill. Enclosed 2000 m² plot, wooded with terraces, a small outbuilding where you can store your bikes. A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF 500 EUROS WILL BE REQUESTED UPON ARRIVAL and will be returned to you if there has been no damage and the cleaning has been done. Pets allowed upon request 🐕

Ideally located in the center of Périgord and all the sites that make it rich, our house, Chez Colette et Mimi, is an outbuilding of one of the most beautiful areas of Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. As in the early 18th century, here everything breathes peace, harmony and beauty. It's the perfect place to recharge and radiate as you discover the beautiful Dordogne region. Chez Colette et Mimi is the old barn, built in 1702, which we converted into a luxurious house.
