We spent 3 nights with our two children and we have been really happy about the apartment. It was even better than our expectation and than the description provided. The place is really peaceful and quite, but at the same time very convenient for many different destinations in Bavaria (Munich is only one of those). The Arlt family has been very kind and available for all the necessity we should have had. I've also to remark that everything was incredibly clean and scented, much better than many 5 star Hotels!

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung! Wir (30jähriges Pärchen) waren ein halbes Jahr nach Renovierung für 3 Nächte in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit Blick fürs Detail. Das Bad ist edel und modern. Die Gastgeber gestalteten uns das Ankommen und den Aufenthalt höchst angenehm: Wohnung war vorgeheizt als wir kamen, die Ausstattung ist super und hat alles (Spülmaschinentabs, Gewürze zum Kochen, Kaffeetabs, Handtücher, Fön, Willkommensgruß! Etc.) Kurzum: wunderbar! Und oben drauf kommen herzliche und sehr freundliche Gastleute.

Wir waren für 4 Tage in der Unterkunft und haben uns rund herum wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Beschreibung trifft zu 100% zu. Vor allem hat uns die Ruhe und gute Lage sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung von Familie Arlt ist sehr gemütlich, gepflegt und super ausgestattet, so dass man sich rundum wohlfühlen kann. Sehr nett waren auch ein paar Aufmerksamkeiten zur Begrüßung wie z.B. Obst, Schokolade, auch für gute Bücher und Filme ist gesorgt. Perfekt um ein paar entspannte Tage zu verbringen! Finning ist ein hübsches Dorf und ein super Ausganspunkt für Ausflüge in die idyllische Umgebung. Familie Arlt ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Alles in allem 100% empfehlenswert!

Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine perfekt renovierte Dachgeschosswohnung, die alles enthält was man zur Erholung braucht. Beim Blick nach draußen schaut man auf ein wunderschöne Wiese (sehr entspannend). Ganz liebevoll war auch der für uns hingestellte Blumenstrauß, eine Flasche Wein, Kekse und Erdnüsse. Die Umgebung mit dem nahgelegenen Ammersee ist sehr schön und es gibt auch nette Restaurants. Uns hat es trotz schlechtem Wetter sehr gut gefallen.

Gastgeberin Barbara, Unterkunft, Nutzungsmöglichkeiten Garten und Wohnungsausstattung sind spitze. Die Beschreibungen und Bilder sind zutreffend, es ist wirklich eine Erholungsoase. Meine Familie und ich haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Barbara ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Kinderspielgeräte und Garten durften wir nutzen. Top!

Die Unterkunft ist eine kleine separate Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht. Das Holzhaus steht mitten im Grünen und ist liebevoll von Barbara eingerichtet worden. In der kleinen Küche findet man einen Kühlschrank, Herd und alles von Besteck bis Teller und Töpfen. Die Lage ist super schön im Grünen und man ist in ca. 5-10min am Ammersee. Also perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein ruhiger Rückzugsort im Grünen, mit sehr guter Autobahn Anbindung. Es ist gemütlich im Landhausstil. Barbara und ihre Tochter sind sehr angenehme und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Barbaras Wohnung ist ein echter Geheimtipp. Super ruhig gelegen, direkter Gartenzugang und sogar die Möglichkeit Tischtennis zu spielen. Die Kontaktuafnahme mit Barbara lief reibungslos. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch in München und den Ammersee. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Barbaras Häuschen ist eine rustikale und sehr ruhige Oase in ländlicher Umgebung. Für ruhesuchende Naturliebhaber optimal. Eigentlich ist es eine kleine Wohnung mit Küche und allem Notwendigen für die Selbstversorgung. Hinzu kommt eine absolut liebenswerte und unaufdringliche Gastgeberin. So soll es sein!

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Das neue Bad ist top. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Barbara ist eine tolle Gastgeberin.

We had a great time staying in Sandra's apartment. We wanted to stay close to Munich (for Oktoberfest) but didn't want to stay in the city as we wanted to explore a little more of Bavaria. Our hosts assisted us with train times and places to eat which was great! The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a short or long stay. The village is super cute with shops in walking distance to the apartment. We didn't get to go to the lake but from the photos we saw, it is a great place to relax away from the hustle of Munich. A gem find!

Sandra and Christian are an amazing host. We had a wonderful time at their place. It's hardly a 5 min drive to the lake. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöne Aufenthalt. Von der Ferienwohnung aus erreicht man alles in nur wenigen Minuten ob See, Bahnhof oder Dampfersteg. Die Ausstattung ist vollkommen ausreichend. Uns haben noch eine Mikrowelle und ein Toaster gefehlt aber ansonsten sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und liegt sehr ruhig. Die umliegenden Geschäfte sind gut zu Fuß aber auch mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles war sehr gepflegt. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, alles ist neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. So schön, dass man nach den Ausflügen und Touren (Fahrrad, Wandern, Museen, ...) gerne "heimkommt" um sich zu relaxen. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir Wohnzimmerlampe am liebsten mitgenommen hätten! Wer also eine schöne gemütliche Wohnung am Ammersee nahe des sogenannten Pfaffenwinkels in Oberbayern mit Nähe zu München sucht, sollte hier buchen zumal man auch noch viele Tipps zu guten Lokalitäten und Ausflügen in der Gegend bekommt. Eine Woche war fast zu kurz für diesen Urlaub bei Sarah. Danke nochmal und viele Grüsse aus Bruchsal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a really Nice week at Jurgens place. It's beautiful and quiet in Hechenwang with cows in front of the terras. I certainly recommend it if you love nature and peace :) Close to Ammersee!

The apartment is approximately 10 minutes' drive from the nearest S-Bahn station, but if you have a car, the Ammersee and all of Oberbayern is within close reach. We had a very pleasant stay in Windach. The appartment was comfortable, clean and attractively furnished. We enjoyed the open fire a lot! Very nice that wood and firestarters were provided for. The terrace enjoys a lot of sun and has beautiful views. Jurgen was really friendly and helpful. We recommend a stay here very much!

Die Wohnung ist stilvoll möbliert und hat zudem einen schönen Aussensitzplatz. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Haus mit der Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Den Ammersee erreicht man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten

Wir haben 14 Tage in der Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Das Appartement ist für 2 Personen perfekt, die Ausstattung gut, hochwertiges Geschirr, alles drin, was man braucht. Waschmaschine und Trocknungsmöglichkeit auf der Terrasse vorhanden. In den Betten haben wir gut geschlafen und die Küche war so gut ausgestattet, dass wir uns selbst versorgen konnten. Kaffeemaschine (Kapseln) ist da und alle Küchengeräte und Schüsseln und Töpfe, die man braucht. Es gibt nicht nur 2 Herdplatten, sondern einen kompletten Herd mit Röhre. Das Bad ist recht groß und es gab sogar einen Fön und diverse Pflegeprodukte, falls man Shampoo etc. vergessen hat. Ein kleiner Flur vor dem Apartment eignet sich gut fürs Abstellen von Schuhen und das Aufhängen von Jacken. Auf der Terrasse gibt es zwei bequeme Liegen und einen Weber Grill. Einziges Manko: Die Terrassenstühle und der Tisch könnten bequemer sein, aber man kann nicht alles haben ;-) und andere Menschen finden es ja vielleicht auch bequem, da sind die Geschmäcker ja verschieden. Die Landschaft dort ist wunderbar. Es gibt viele Spazierwege und abends kann man auf der Terrasse grillen. Es gibt am Ort keinen Bäcker oder Lebensmittelgeschäfte, sofern man motorisiert ist, ist dies aber kein Problem. Wir haben einfach Aufbacksemmeln gekauft oder sind in den Nachbarort zum Frühstücken gefahren. Von den netten Gastgebern, die über dem Appartement wohnen, hört man nichts, es ist ausgesprochen leise und angenehm. WLAN war kein Problem, der Flachbildfernseher ist gut. Man kann von dort viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen, zum Beispiel ist man sehr schnell in Landsberg am Lech, das wir sehenswert fanden. Der See ist ein Traum, wir empfehlen eine große Seerundfahrt. Im Nachbarort gibt es ein Schwimmbad. Ausflüge (mit Boot, Bus oder Auto) zu den Biergärten in Herrsching und Stegen lohnen sich in jedem Fall, besonders Stegen hat uns gut gefallen. Diverse Biergärten und schöne Restaurants mit moderaten Preisen sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war sehr angenehm, freundlich und unaufdringlich, wir hatten komplette Ruhe. Am Ort gibt es ein urgemütliches grandioses altes Gasthaus, in dem man für 8 Euro ein tolles Schnitzel und ein leckeres Weizen trinken kann, auch mit kleinem Biergarten. Die Besitzer sind supernett und wir sind insgesamt fünfmal dort eingekehrt, haben immer Leute kennengelernt und uns glänzend amüsiert.

Wir hatten einen absolut perfekten Kurzurlaub in dieser sehr schönen, geschmackvollen Unterkunft. Es war an alles gedacht und auf der Terasse frühstücken, am Tag auf den Liegen entspannen und abends mit Blick auf Wiese, Berge, Kühe und den Sonnenuntergang den Tag ausklingen lassen, war einfach unheimlich schön! Ein ruhiges, sehr nettes Örtchen und man ist sehr schnell am Ammersee (Schondorf ist da sehr zu empfehlen, sehr niedlich und nicht so sehr überlaufen). Jürgen und seine Frau und seine Kinder waren unheimlich nett und wollten wirklich, dass wir einen reibungslosen Aufenthalt haben, bei dem wir alles vorfinden und haben, was wir brauchen (und das war auch so). Und unserem kleinen Hund hat es auch sehr gut gefallen ;-). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We spent 2 nights at Ulrike and Markus’ apartment. Apartment is separated from the main house and it is very quiet with the view to the garden. You can find everything needed there. Apartment is very clean and warm and you can see in every detail that hosts would like to make their guests happy and feel at home. We arrived very late and Markus was waiting for us, it was very nice of him and we appreciate it a lot. In the morning Ulrike gave us some recommendation what to do in the area. Apartment is located just a few minutes walk to the lake where you can find a nice place for a picnic or you can just walk along the lake and enjoy nice sceneries. Ulrike and Markus, thanks a lot for your hospitality!

It was a lovely stay. Ulrike was great in every way. It's a beautiful flat with a great garden view, and the area is really nice to have long walks. We hope to go back in spring time to see the beautiful roses of Ulrike in full flower season ;)

Ulrike was absolutely sweet and the house warm and welcoming. There was enough space for us with the baby felt good playing on the ground with little toys that Ulrike gave her. It is not far from Munich and you can enjoy the visit to the lake Ammersee, which was in our case one of the best lakes we have ever seen, and the sunset there was so beautiful! We thank Ulrike for her nice gestures as she treated us like family and was always available in case of need. We would highly recommend it to a friend.

Ulrike is a very friendly host, she greeted us once we parked our car next to her house. She invited us to her house before we left and her house is amazing. We stayed at her apartment which is completely private from the main house. We cooked in the kitchen and it has everything we need. The living room is facing her garden and we were greeted by beautiful roses every morning. The apartment is very close to the lake and Utting is a quiet and relaxing village. We will definitely come back again.

Everything was more than fine! Communication went on without a hitch, they were super nice and everything was clear to us from the get-go. Probably not the last time we'll be staying there!

Imma met us when we arrived and showed us around and is a very pleasant person. the loft we rented was very clean and modern and made you feel like you were home. the views and country side was very appealing and my brother and his wife loved getting up in the morning and taking a 4 mile run. my fiancé booked a facial in imma's spa downstairs and was amazed what a nice spa it was. she loved her treatment and would recommend this for anyone that loves the spa. we traveled everyday to different parts of Germany and Austria and found the location to be just perfect. I would go back and rent from imma again next time iam in Germany.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, entspricht exakt der Beschreibung! Helle großzügige Räume, toller Blick Richtung See! In 30 Minuten ist man - dank Autobahn - in München. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort, sehr gemütliche Restaurants in der Nähe und unser Hund hatte die perfekte Auslaufsmöglichkeit vor der Haustüre. Kurz: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, toll eingerichtet, absolut ruhig gelegen in Seenähe. Wir haben uns zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und hell. Tolles Bad, liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt war sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen wieder.

Oh wow, where do I begin. As beautiful as the pictures are on the website, the actual apartment, grounds, and area are breathtaking. Karl-Heniz and Gabi are the most wonderful hosts, and we have already booked a long weekend for next year. We so badly wanted to stay for just one more day!

Gabi and Karl Heinz were AMAZING hosts! They were warm, helpful in every way and Karl Heinz even helped us with our car's navigation system! We were welcomed with bretzels and beer from the famous Andechs Monastery upon our arrival. The apartment was beautiful and charming, just like the photos. We loved this placed and these hosts and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Munich area! If we come back to this area again, we would be sure to stay here again!

Our hosts made us feel very welcome and we very helpful with everything we needed and getting around. The apartment was very comfortable and clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was so nice to be outside the city, and in a village (it's about half an hour drive from Munich). There's a supermarket next door which was super convenient. Thank you again for making our stay in Utting an Ammersee so enjoyable.

Karl-Heinz and Gabriele were wonderful hosts.Even before we had arrived Karl-Heinz had given us plenty of information about how to get there. He even came to pick us up at the station. On arriving at our apartment we were greeted with a basket of pretzels and beer.Our accommodation was fantastic.We felt very comfortable and relaxed here and could have stayed longer. We enjoyed our stay there very much and would recommend it to those who want to relax and get away from the big,busy cities and experience some genuine hospitality. The apartment was well appointed,clean amd welcoming.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Annette und Wolfgang gefühlt und können das Zimmer ohne Einschränkung empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, nicht weit zum See, Die Lage ist z.B. für Segelausflüge auf dem Ammersee ideal. Annette und Wolfgang waren sehr aufmerksam und wir bekamen alles was wir brauchten. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Danke für die schöne Zeit und die tollen Tipps.

Elke was a perfect host, making check-in smooth and easy, offering us any choice of breakfast and with great coffee! The house is full of plants with several places to sit and relax, including on the balcony. The bedroom was simple, clean & tidy, as was the bathroom & WC. Elke was friendly, helpful and an excellent host. The small town of Utting is beautiful - quiet and friendly with the train station 15 minute walk away and the Lake 20 minutes. At the lake you can swim, sunbathe, eat ice cream.. there are also cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and cannot fault this accommodation! 5 Star. (Elke war ein perfekter Gastgeber. Check-in war einfach. Frühstück und Kaffee waren sehr lecker. Das Haus ist sauber, ordentlich und voller Blumen. Utting ist wunderschön und ruhig - der Bahnhof ist 15 Minuten entfernt, am See können Sie schwimmen, sonnen und Eis essen und es gibt Restaurants und Biergärten. 5 Sterne!)

Mein einwöchiger Aufenthalt bei Elke war sehr schön. Alles war sehr unkompliziert und entspannt. Ich bin sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt worden :). Ensprechend habe ich mich von Anfang an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wenn ich mal wieder an den Ammersee komme, werde ich das Zimmer von Elke jederzeit wieder gerne buchen.

Schönes Seebad Utting sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in Oberbayern. Sehr zu empfehlen! Nuestra estancia fue muy placentera, los anfritriones son muy atentos y serviciales. El apartamento esta muy bien equipado y a una corta distancia del lago. Definitivamente recomendable.

The house was very nice and clean. We felt very welcomed by the host, who brought us some food, because all stores where closed. It is a very short walk from the lake, and theres a nice "strandbad" with a biergarden close by. You can sail around the lake on a small ferry.

This is a really comfortable apartment and was perfect for me, my husband and 2 year old son. It's ground floor and has a lovely garden and is very conveniently located to the train station, lake and shops. Utting is a lovely town and from here we went on a ferry trip, bike ride, hike and day trip to Munich by train. We'd love to come back one day

You will love this place. It's a living/dining combo, but the outdoor lounging spaces make it live larger. My grandkids loved the waterbed. Hostess Bianca greeted us, showed us the property, and met us later to show us a local restaurant where we had a grand time meeting the friendly neighbors. We arrived by train...4 minutes walk from the property, and had many day trips that way. Utting is clean, painted, and beautiful. Lake has swimming, boating, waterside cafes, a park. You can take a ferry to other villages or the Monastery. Went to Munich and museums on a rainy day.

The apartment is part of the house together with 3 other apartments. It is on a ground floor and has its own garden. The place is very nice, has well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, spacious bedroom and bathroom, and beautiful garden frequently visited by squirells and variety of birds. It is 5 mins walk from Utting Strand (beach) with many facilities and restaurants. Utting Bahnhof (railway station) is nearby. Utting itself is quiet and lovely place, local camp near the beach is clearly a popular resort for visitors mostly from all around Germany. Highly recommended!

We had a chilled few days in the partment which was very nice and convenient for lake activities and boat trips to surrounding towns/villages. Great restaurants as described by Anja -- are at Pinola (?) twice. Met by Andrea who was helpful.

We stayed at Anja's place with our 3 children during the summer holidays. Anja's friend Andrea was there to greet us and helped us out with everything we needed!! It was absolutely amazing. The flat is bigger than we thought, the waterbed brand new and my boys loved it (I slept on the sofa in the living room with the baby and it was very comfortable too). The garden was a big hit with the kids and the nearby beach (strandbad) great as the weather was amazing. There are lots of things to do in the area and we can recommend it highly. Everything is super clean and kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. Many thanks to Anja and Andrea!!

Wohnung exakt wie auf den Fotos, schöner kleiner Garten mit Terrasse. Fußläufig zum See, schöne Bademöglichkeiten im Sommer. Sogar eine Picknickdecke für den See wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Informative Hinweise in allen Räumen. Wir haben uns ein bisschen wie zu Hause gefühlt und sind nur ungern wieder abgereist. Vielen Dank!

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist toll und war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen. Check-in war toll organisiert und es fehlte an nichts!
