The apartment is the first of a building of only two houses located in the heart of Ferrol. Typical Ferrolan construction, renovated with great taste, prioritizing natural light in all its corners. The apartment has a large living room with typical wooden galleries, fully equipped kitchen integrated into the living room. Lodging in downtown Ferrol. Newly opened, it has a separate entrance from the lobby. 40m2 stay with bathroom. It does not have a kitchen although it has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and some utensils. Spacious bath with shower Towels and bedding are provided. Hair dryer is provided and has an iron and awning. No washing machine. No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Maximum two people. Check in after 4pm and check out before 12pm.

Forget the worries at this great place-it's an oasis of tranquility! Located in an area very close to everything, just 50 meters away is a beautiful river/sea promenade. 15 minutes from the best beaches and 10 minutes from downtown, the nearest supermarket is 3 minutes away. In the area there is a great variety of restaurants and breweries. Very close by, is the Monastery of San Martiño de Juvia, which dates back to the 10th century.

It is located in the heart of downtown, with an entrance through two streets and all the services a few steps away (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies...). It has WiFi, large format TV with Netflix, Prime Video, etc. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster and all kitchen equipment and table. It also has a washing machine, iron and clothesline.

Fully renovated and furnished apartment in July 2022. It has all you need for a pleasant stay: appliances, utensils, toiletries, etc. Our cozy apartment is located just 1 km from the city center, in a busy area with all the services just a few meters away (supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.). Just a 15 minute walk from the bus/train station and Plaza de España and the Dolce Vita/ Odeon and Alcampo shopping center.
