It is located close to I57, Walmart, Community College, Airport, Fair Grounds, National Guard Training Center, 15 minutes from Olivet, 60 miles south of Chicago. (Piper loves people just as much as myself..☺️) My 2-story home is built right around 1900 . They will have the entire upstairs. The bedroom consists of 1 queen bed, full bathroom, walk in closet. There is a sitting room with a futon, and coffee bar which is equipped with a fridge, microwave, & kuerig.

Next to the heart of University of Illinois campus, surrounded by beautiful mature trees, this spacious and serene guest suite will enhance your experience in town. The guest suite has it own entrance. It is connected to the sunroom of our main house. This space do not come with TV, washer and dryer. And the space do not have kitchenette. However, we provide microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. This space is not limited mobility accessible. No party and no smoking.
