Next to the heart of the UIUC campus and surrounded by mature trees, this spacious, serene guest suite offers a relaxing stay. It has a private entrance with a foyer, a studio style main room and a bathroom. Sleeps two comfortably with a queen bed and a sofa (not a pull-out) for lounging. No TV, washer, or dryer. No kitchenette, but a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker are provided. Snacks and coffee pods provided. Not accessible for limited mobility. No parties and no smoking.

Historic post office converted to breathtaking guest suite. This Airbnb unit, the Post Office, is located upstairs on the north wing of Central Estate. It comes equipped with a full bath, bedroom, and kitchenette/living room with smart TV. Tall windows, exposed brick, and lovely views of the walking trails will greet you upon arrival. Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. You will be sure to enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shopping in Ottawa, parks such as Starved Rock, and a variety of festivals.

The Courthouse Loft resides in the historic courthouse used in the mid 1900s on the second floor of The City House. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub! Mid century and historic style will wrap you in comfort and luxury during your stay. We are above a coffee shop, so pop downstairs for breakfast and your morning brew! Oh, and never a cleaning fee!

This two-bedroom 1 bath house welcomes you with all the amenities to feel right at home. Sleeps 3 adults comfortably. (1-Queen Bed and 1 full size bed) It has a fully stocked kitchen. washer/dryer and outdoor seating/dining.

Come spend a night, or an entire wknd out in the cold...in a luxury hot tub! Enjoy a spacious, 2 bdrm, two BR pet and 420 friendly brick ranch with tasteful decor on a corner lot. W/D, full access garage and screened in porch with fenced in yard. House fits 4 comfortably, but hot tub fits 7. Let me know if we need to discuss sleeping arrangements for more than 4 guests. You simply won't find a more accommodating host on the platform.
