Welcome to Aachen!

Charming apartment in the former Hotel Astoria in the Frankenberg district. The apartment is lovingly decorated and offers everything you need for a stay outside your own home. The kitchenette is equipped with a toaster , kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, refrigerator and all the things you need. The 140m x200m large new box spring bed, as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living room. A small "highlight" is a small bay window with a comfortable armchair, from which you have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. Facilities also include a small stereo system, a TV and WiFi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. The apartment has 30sqm is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

Hiking trails are available right in front of the house Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage ensure relaxation & coziness. In summer, the swimming lake with beach invites you to swim & water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'To the beautiful view' can be reached in two minutes (100m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

A bright, individually decorated apartment with private entrance and garden use, double bed, seating area and table awaits you. Quiet and central location. There is a kitchenette with fridge and coffee maker, coffee, tea. In the bathroom you will find towels and hairdryer. Electric blinds in front of windows. WiFi available. Kornelius I - a nice apartment with garden

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

The newly renovated apartment is the former hunting room of the property. In addition to old ship's parquet, a stucco ceiling adorns the large, bright living room with sofa bed and dining table. The apartment has its own terrace and a large parking lot is also right outside the door. It takes 10 minutes by car to get to Aachen city centre. ( Belgium 20 min., Holland 10 min.) The high-quality and lovingly furnished apartment is in a beautiful Aachen suburb. The apartment is fully equipped with everything your heart desires. In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

All things important you‘ll find in this miniature house. We, Elke (teacher) and Michael (music journalist) live in the main house, with a view to green fields, close to a natural reserve. We love traveling to the sea, great movies and TV-series, music, food - and really enjoy making contact with nice, decent people.
