The studio is on the ground floor of our two-story house. We live on the 2nd floor, and the studio is it's own completely private space. 5 miles to San Diego State University; 16-20 miles to San Diego beaches; 10 miles to Downtown San Diego; 15 miles to Sea World San Diego; and 13 miles to the World Famous San Diego Zoo!

We are 20 min to the beach, or relax and enjoy the pool! Close to SDSU and easy freeway access to anywhere in San Diego.

The room has a private entrance. It's ideally located in a residential area of Ocean Beach. 5 blocks to the beach, OB pier, and 2 blocks to village life, shops & restaurants. It has a queen bed, a small private bathroom with a shower, a fridge, TV, Wifi, microwave, etc. Guests will love the location and privacy! Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.

Kick back, relax, and enjoy the view in this delightful, 1 bedroom w/ livingroom suite. 20 mins from beaches, downtown, Sea World, Zoo. 2 mi to Grossmont Hosp, 8 mi to SDSU, 3 mi to Gillespie Field The suite is attached on the side of a house. But it is completely separate and has its own private entrance. The back patio & side breezeway are just for you . Free, reserved, off-street parking.
