Restaurants, cafes are right on the doorstep, Neckar and train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Wheels can be placed in the yard, here you can also sit nicely in summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked directly in front of the house.

You can live in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa with a view of a quiet garden area very close to the Neckar. The old town is about 20 minutes walk away. Next to the bedroom there is a kitchen and a shower room that you can use alone. On the same floor we have two working or guest rooms, which we mainly use during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. When cooking, please open windows!!
