Independent studio 26 m2 with separate sleeping area in a detached house with south terrace on the edge of the forest. The kitchen and the floor were completely redone in April 2023. Sleeps 2 fully equipped persons (140 bed, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, induction plates, Nespresso, Dyson vacuum cleaner, toaster, kettle, TV, WiFi) 300 meters from the bike path, 2 km from Lake Annecy, 800 meters from the paragliding base and the center of the village.

Ideal chalet to share a stay with 2

Quiet 16 m2 chalet on the heights of Lake Annecy at the foot of the path that climbs to the Forclaz pass, recognized by paragliders with magnificent views of the mountains and the lake. The cottage is equipped with a terrace, bedroom, sink and toilet. A private shower room and toilet are accessible 24 hours a day in my home located a few meters from the cottage. A small dining area is available in the chalet. I also offer an aperitif board with our local products (20€)
