Spacious, modern and comfortable apartment recently renovated and fully equipped, decorated to detail; it offers an ideal space to spend a pleasant stay. Enjoy the comfort of a spacious contemporary apartment located in the heart of Seville. Its spacious and bright rooms create an elegant atmosphere. Located in pedestrian street, without noise, with balcony to Francos street through which pass numerous brotherhoods in Easter. Three minutes walk from the cathedral. Apartment located in a very quiet building, perfect to rest after a long day of sightseeing. First floor with elevator. It has a room with a 1.50 x 2.00 bed, large capacity built-in wardrobe, TV, cot availability if necessary. Spacious and comfortable bathroom. Kitchen equipped with everything you need (pans, pots, cutlery, etc.), complete tableware and all kinds of appliances (washer-dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, glass-ceramic, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, juicer, automatic and Italian coffee maker, minipimer, blender, blender, iron, ironing board) all in perfect condition. Designer Flat on Plaza with Tapas Bars

Our flat has a vibrant, artistic vibe and is located in small building, designed by the famous Sevilla architect Anibel Gonzalez. The building has been renovated to provide modern conveniences like a lift, air conditioning & heating and Wi-Fi. It is one of four apartments in this emblematic building. We love that it is part of the city's rich history! We especially admire its balcony and views onto the plaza, high ceilings, arched windows and beautiful facade. We also like how it is quiet but in a lively neighborhood. A simple three story building with a elevator. There is a wonderful cafe downstairs that we believe has the best breakfast in town. They have great Italian coffee and they make their own breads and cakes. Fabulous extra virgin olive oil too! For afternoon relaxing have some wine and cheese at the low key authentic bar next door. Pepe and I think of each guest as if you were family. We believe that the point of Airbnb is to feel connected to the people of the place you are exploring and to have extra assistance in getting to know the place you are visiting. However, we also respect that each guest is different and some prefer privacy while others may like a bit of company. The apartment is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Find tapas galore in the nearby square or join the local folk at the Vizcaino Bar for vermouth and mussels. Main tourist sights are a short and enjoyable walk away. We recommend walking or renting a bike but there are buses (C5) and taxis close to the house. We are always happy to call you a taxi at anytime of the day. We also recommend that guests download MyTaxi, Cabify or the Uber App while in Seville. There is a flea market that has taken place every Thursday since the 13th century right at the foot of our apartment. Pretty cool to see. The family that owned the building prior to its renovation were known for the books their sold on Thursdays. We feel like it's Christmas when we wake up in the apartment and see everyone set up outside. The flat is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. The apartment is quite spacious, and has a very spacious living-dining room with air conditioning, a room with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and Smart TV, and another room with two single beds that could be joined at the request of the guests, it also has a wardrobe and Smart TV. It has a foldaway bed that can be placed in any room or in the living room. The kitchen has all the basic appliances and ample utensils. A/C is located in the living room and master bedroom. The Internet is 60MB fiber optic wifi. Guests can use every room in the house. The apartment is located in a building with a large inner courtyard and underground garage. The garage can be accessed in the elevator without having to climb any stairs. I will be available to guests for whatever they need me. I will be happy to help you with whatever you need. Located in the east area of Seville, a few minutes walk from the Palacio de Congresos. It is close to all kinds of shops and bars where you can disconnect, as well as bus stops to get around the city and visit its main attractions. The apartment has private underground parking included in the price. To go to the city center you need a transport, there are bus stops about 5 minutes walk. It takes 30-40 minutes to get to downtown by bus. By car about 15-20 minutes. The lines that best communicate with the center are 27 and 28. Transportation, car or bus are required to go downtown. The apartment does not have a TV.

It would define the decoration of the apartment, as functional, with everything you could need during your stay. Although it is an apartment and is supposed to be small, it has a surface of 60 meters. It is an interior villa and will avoid traffic noises, local bars ... Something important in Seville is that in the houses do not get too hot and this one meets. It has air conditioning hot / cold, to avoid that question. Also tell you, that you will all be welcome.
