Walking distance to Tim Horton's, RBC bank, variety stores, pizza pick up, town swimming pool, cannabis store and liquor & beer . Only 20 minutes London or Woodstock . It's important to note that our quaint unit does have a saniflo toilet and pumping system(ie. maceration system) which means there is noise associated with flushing and drainage. This is a modern renovated non-smoking 3 bedroom unit (2 queen & 2 twin beds). The space was renovated and furnished with the Airbnb guest in mind. Tile and laminate flooring throughout. Everything was new and clean including a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Nice living room with large flat screen tv, Netflix and free high speed WIFI . Full kitchen with all the needed equipment. Two parking spots. There are table lamps with wireless & wired phone charging ports.
