I stayed for a long weekend in Villmergen over Easter. The area is a beautiful countryside, but still a quick walk to the bus, less than half an hour to the main train station and access to all the many Swiss cantons! The bed in the room was so comfortable after a long, international flight. I appreciated what I perceived to be a very comfortable, authentic experience with Gerd and Bigi. I wish I had gotten to spend more time with them, they had excellent recommendations to add to itinerary planning. Highly recommend for an authentic, less touristy experience.

Nice room in a lovely house, with a beautiful garden. The neighborhood is very calm, you enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside (car needed to move freely, there is space to park it). Host very friendly, full of little attentions that make you feel at home. The small private bathroom in the room is definitely a plus of the accommodation. Excellent quality-price ratio.

Gerd and Bigi were perfect hosts throughout my stay there and could not have done any more for me.It was like living with my own family.I had full use of all the facilities,including the kitchen and my room was warm and comfortable. Their house is in a nice,quiet location,overlooking an orchard and just a 5 minute walk to the centre of Villmergen. Gerd & biggi were the perfect hosts. We stayed up late watching the Euros listening to music and shared a wonderful breakfast. Dragi their almost adopted daughter is also friendly and charming.

Daniel's home is a lovely,old and modernised farmhouse on the edge of Villmergen. I stayed there for a week and it was very quiet and comfortable. Daniel is a pleasant and courteous person and i look forward to staying there again.

Great house with fantastic facilities/ Whirlpool / Sauna - pool / big garden- simpmy great.

We had a very nice stay in this outstanding and spacious villa. Everything worked to perfection and was easy to operate. The hosts were very pleasant and made us feel very welcome. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great - top standard and the pool long enough to exercise by swimming. The area was very peaceful but still close to shops and supermarkets that could be reached by foot (via the path) in just 5-7 minutes.

The best Airbnb experience we had so far. 4 adults and 3 children (4yo, 3 yo and 2 yo) Before the trip: very fast and clear communication. The host provided us with an excellent document detailing all practical information about the house, how to get there and what do in the area. Having mentioned that we were travelling with children they proactively offered to setup a baby cot before we even asked. The owners were not on location but everything was organised for us and we always felt we could contact them instantly even if we did not need to. The villa: 100% as advertised, a beautiful and large living room, nicely furnished bedrooms (3 on the first floor and a very large one in the basement), a modern gym with sauna. The garage with direct entrance to the house is very comfortable if travelling in cold days as we were. The house was spotless and extremely tidy, not only it was professionally cleaned but everything that was left for guests use (from towels to dishes and appliances) was of excellent quality and in excellent conditions (which is something that is not as common in other airbnb locations). As mentioned in other reviews there is a set of instructions for the amenities of the house which contributes to making you feel welcome to make use of them. The neigbourhood also seems very friendly. The location is perfect if, like us, you want to visit few different cities especially if you are driving as you can reach very quickly many places (we went to Zurich, Zug, Basel and Luzern and it did not take us long to get there from Dottikon). We always traveled by car so we do not know if it is as easy with public transport. We were extremely happy being hosted by Predrag, Kristina and Leon and would most definitely reccomend their house.

the house was very big and beautiful . They left us a manual on how to work everything in the house that was very useful for us. also they leave you full kitchen with everything you need to eat there thing that will save you money(the restaurans in Sweden are expensive). They have a jacuzzi a pool and sauna for use and the manual says how it works. Sweden is small so te area of the house is no far from anything. my family really enjoyed staying in this house leon thanks for everything.

Anyone who has been to Leon's villa will want to go back. The place is clean and quiet. I met there with family and it felt like home. The house and garden are beautifull. It is situated in a nice quite village 20 min drive from Zurich. Perfect location for trips in the center and northern part of Switzeland. Leon was a perfect host and answered all emails/(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) very quickly. I can strongly advice to rent this house

Leon's villa became the highlight of our trip. It's a very spacious, beautiful, well equipped and a neat cozy house. We loved staying in there. Leon and Kristina were both in touch always and were easily accessible. All of my questions were answered immediately.

El apartamento estaba perfecto, con todo lo indispensable para vivir una família de 4. Limpio, cómodo, super nuevo... El entorno espectacular, con vistas al lago de Seengen y con un parque para los niños del que no querían salir! Muy recomendable para una familia con niños, sin duda. Katharina muy amable y servicial, localizable y pendiente en todo momento.

We had the most fantastic stay at Jakob's home! He was so kind to pick us up from the train station in the rain and transport us to his house. His house is absolutely perfect for a large family vacation! It was so clean, so spacious and a ton of toys for the kids in the attic! We had a great time chatting with Jakob the first night! The kitchen was perfectly stocked for our large group of 13 and plenty of beds and towels. We walked to/from the train station (about 10-15 min) to get to Zurich and around Switzerland. There was a small (but expensive) grocery store within about a 5 min walk from the house. We ended up getting groceries at the train station in Zurich a few times which was convenient and less expensive. We loved sitting on the balcony with some wine or inside with a fire at night. The best stop on our trip!! Thanks again Jakob!! :)

Jakob´s house is the perfect place to stay if you are planning a trip to Switzerland. Me and my family stayed there for a whole week and had an amazing time. The house is spacious, comfortable, rooms are big, beds are great, the kitchen is fully equipped and if you travel with kids, as we did, they will have lots of places to play inside of the house or outside in its great garden. The location of the house is also really good since it is in an small and very quiet town. Supermarket is just 2 minutes walking, if you want a bigger supermarket you can find one in a short trip by car. There are also a few restaurants, parks, lakes, castles.... And Jakob, the host. It was my first Airbnb experience as a guest and I think it will be difficult to find, in the future, a better host than him. From the first message I sent him he was absolutely kind, gave us a lot of information about the house, the town, sightseeing... He even helped us to find better flights from Spain. At our arrival, he gave bread, cheese, jam... to us, showed the house, made a little tour by car through the village... It was a great experience we would love to repeat in the future.

Children loved the backyard where they can play freely. Fully equipped house, kitchen was large, beds were comfy and bathrooms were sparkly clean. The place looks better than the picture shown. Will definitely stay in Jakob place if we've the opportunity to visit Zurich again.

It was really nice and a wonderful time spent at Jakobs home. His home was really very big and very nice. We all stayed comfortably and had a lovely time. He had left barbeque for us and we had a fun time in the evening. We even went on his boat. What a beautiful day we spent together. Supermarket was close by and bus stop was also nearby. So transport was easy. Railway station was a walk of 10min. Overall a wonderful time we had at Othmarsingen.

My family& I stayed here last 2 weeks and were extremely happy with our choice. We did not expect such a classic beautiful home as we were (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) around and unsure of where we would be on a given first day around aarau but i had taken with me from home a list of Airbnb that appealed to me. We were warmly greeted by Mr . jakob and his sister who is a very gracious lady.The home is gorgeous - overlooking mountain wassagge and beautifully decorated and very clean. The owner Mr.jakob were very nice to all of us, full of wonderful people around us. I do not understand why anyone would complain. Breakfast was very good and plentiful from the shops nearby. BBQ by the balcony avail in good weather. big of parking avail. I highly recommend this house. Thank you, Mr.jakob. We had a wonderful time at Adejane's villa. The villa was very spacious that accommodated our family group of 12 people including children. Every facility available was better than what was described in airbnb. The best part was how Adejane and family made as feel home. We never felt like living in someone else's house. It was a well equipped house with a nice backyard that our children loved. The villa is located in a beautiful and well connected small town ideal for a peaceful vacation.

It was a really a beautiful place to stay with the family. For the youngest is was a paradise! The welcome was warm and lovely. The house is big and everything you need is there. If we visit Switserland again we come back for sure!! Kisses for Adejane :-)

We had the best of our time in Switzerland at Adejane's villa. Its the best among all. And to make it better we had such a wonderful host Adejane. You left the entire house to us with access. We never felt that we are away from home. You welcomed very gracefully. We were very luck to find you in Lensburg. You came to receive us at the train station and even dropped us there a few times. You even prepared breakfast for us. The table used to be ready with all the eatables in the morning. I would recommend every one to stay with Adejane. The room was very big and occupied the last floor of the house, so it was like having your own apartment. Bathroom was tiny, but very nice and looked very new with all amenities one can need. Overall the accommodation met my expectations. What exceeded expectations was the courtesy and hospitality of Adejane and her family. From the second you knock on the door you end to be a guest and begin to be family member. Priceless.

Our whole family - 10 of us - stayed in this house for a long weekend and the house is amazing. Beautifully furnished and very well kept, we had a great time. One of the days was very hot and we were able to enjoy the garden, which was lovely. Also, Lenzburg is really pretty. Very close to Zurich and Luzerne and with a fantastic Italian restaurant! The accommodation was even nicer than in the description: tasteful and valuable interior and also the garden was a feast for the eyes. To be in this accommodation ist to feel cosy and "at home". Nothing is missing. I can highly recommend this host and would definitely come back if I will go for another trip to Lenzburg.

My roommate and I had a wonderful experience staying here! We first took a wrong train and Nadja texted us the right direction and what trains/bus to get on. We were greeted down the road where her husband helped with out luggage. The place was beautifully keep and very spacious, with a stocked fridge and bathroom necessities. We were even allowed to ride their bikes into town to grab food :) I recommend staying here for anyone!

The house is located in a new part of a small village. Above the village are excelent walking areas. The apartment is located on the top floor of a familiy house, but completely separated. All utensilies included, very clean. We were very pleasantly surprised by the breakfast in the fridge. Very conviniently if you arrive with no food.

Nadja und ihr Mann haben mich sehr freundlich empfangen und waren auch des weiteren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Dachwohnung hat leider keine separate Eingangstür und kann auch vom restlichen Haus nicht abgeschlossen werden. Die Inneneinrichtung läßt wenig zu wünschen übrig, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten liegen leider so, dass man sich unter dem Dach auch mal schnell den Kopf stoßen kann. Trotz Reinigungsgebühr wurde mir im Nachhinein vorgeworfen, dass ich vor meiner Abfahrt nicht alles gereinigt habe.

Cette location est totalement conforme à la description, l'endroit est très calme dans un joli quartier de maisons avec parking privé. L'espace loué à tous le nécessaire de base et est bien équipé (Frigo . Four . Machine à café . 2 plaques vitro céramique . TV . Wifi). Les 5 lits 1 place sont d’excellente qualité (sommier . matelas). Il y a un code pour accéder à la maison de Nadja et l'accès à la location se fait en montant un joli escalier tournant, depuis l'intérieur de la maison. Nadja et Valentin sont disponible pour répondre aux questions et sont également sympa. Location idéal pour visiter la région de Zurich et Zurich se trouve à 30 minutes en voiture.

Nous avons séjourné pour une nuit dans cette maison qui a un spacieux espace privé avec salle de bain et cuisine à l'étage. Nadja a été très accueillante et le frigo était rempli pour le petit déjeuner. C'est dans un endroit calme et reposant je conseille vivement ce logement. Merci pour tout Nadja et à bientôt. Stacey and her husband have made our stay wonderful. As soon as we arrived they show us in a Seengen map where to find the main shops, restaurants, pharmacies and some places to visit around. The house is fully equipped (dishwasher, towels, linen, barbecue in the terrace, kitchen, frigde, parking space) and it has amazing views to the lake and town. We really recommend this place if you are looking for a nice, green and quiet environment. Seengen is well connected by road to other cities and lovely towns (It takes 45 min to get Zurich). Stacey and This are great host and their house is very confortable, clean and well mainteined; as well you will have your own space and independence to enjoy your holiday. I hope you enjoy your stay with them as much as we did it :)

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Blick auf See und Berge. Die Kommunikation mit Stacey war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert!

Stacey ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns sogar ein Willkommensgetränk in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Sogar ein Grill steht auf der Terrasse bereit und man kann den super Ausblick beim grillen genießen.

Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Die Wohnung war schön groß und es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank ! Vielleicht bis zum nächsten Besuch ....

Tobias offered to greet us at the train station and lead us back the villa. He also took the time to explain the shops and restaurants nearby. He insisted we should visit Lenzburg Castle, which is not to be missed. The establishment is a little old but Tobias managed to make it warm and cosy enough. Bed are comfy. Supermarkets and the train station is within walking distance in minutes.

Centrally located and close to station, ideal for a stay in Lenzburg. The host and I never met, but all went well and info was provided, so all good :)

A cute, old house in a very convenient location near the train station. Entrance is a little hard to spot - but just check with the host as they are very helpful. In general all good. Clean, friendly, lots of useful things - kitchen, bathroom etc. The only negative point is something beyond the hosts control - there are lots of church bells in Lenzburg near, which chime every 15 mins even during the night, and go mad on Sunday mornings. If you're a light sleeper or want to sleep in late - bring ear plugs!

Tobias is very friendly host. I received some fruits and water on my arrival and some cakes when checking-out :) The room is nice retro-style room in an old villa. I find it quite charming. Very close to train station. I will go there if I stay in Lenzburg again.

Zwar hat man nur ein Zimmer in dieser Wohnung und somit keine eigene Unterkunft, aber es ist sehr, sehr großzügig. Man hat ein eigenes Bad und wenn man will auch ein eigenes Wohnzimmer. Auf dem überdachten Balkon kann man rauchen. Mir hat besonders gut die Kombination von modernem Ambiente und historischem Gebäude gefallen. Christiane und Patrick sind sehr gute Gastgeber - bereit zum Plaudern oder auch rücksichtsvoll, wenn man arbeiten muss und keine Störung braucht. Sie sind offen und bereit, sich auf persönliche Wünsche und Bedürfnisse einzustellen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt, die Wohnung ist wirklich fantastisch, die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, freundlich und offen und man hat sehr viel "Freiraum" für sich (eigenes Schlafzimmer, eigenes Bad und praktisch eigenes Wohnzimmer mit TV).
