NEVER ANY LOAD SHEDDING in this area so no annoying power cuts. LIGHTNING FAST 100MBPS FIBRE WIFI. Proper office chair and workstation for comfy remote working. Smart TV with Netflix. Postcard-perfect Table Mountain view from the couch, balcony, or mezzanine-level bedroom thanks to double-height ceilings and wall of windows. Shared swimming pool, 24-hour security, secure parking garage. Supermarket and gym directly opposite. Close to V&A Waterfront. Great bars, restaurants, shops, and all the cool things that Cape Town has to offer within a stones throw. Convenience is key, no car needed! I have tried to think of everything that will make your stay as convenient and 'home from home' as possible. Enjoy free and lightening fast, unlimited fibre WIFI, Air conditioning, a selection of satellite TV channels, outdoor swimming pool & bbq facilities, free parking and 24 hour security/reception desk. You will love this place for your holiday or business stay! The kitchen is large, fully equipped, and loved by people who cook – it has everything you need. Tea and delicious freshly ground coffee is complimentary, as is a bottle of wine to welcome your arrival. The open plan living/kitchen/dining area opens up onto a spacious private balcony with outdoor seating. The luxurious bathroom has both bath and shower, with free toiletries and plenty of soft fluffy towels. Stairs lead you up to the mezzanine level loft bedroom with extra length, top of the range, pocket spring Serta kingsize bed. Quality linen, separate 3/4 down duvets and luxury pillows ensure that you will have a good nights rest. Plenty of cupboard space for your clothes. It really is hard to beat the location, the block is nestled between the uber cool De Waterkant Village, the City Centre and the Bo Kaap. Loads of top rated restaurants are within a stone's throw, the super cool Bree Street, Heritage Square, and the Cape Quarter are 5 mins walk. Long Street and the heart of the Bo Kaap 10 mins walk, V&A Waterfront 15 mins walk. Company Gardens, the museums and CTICC 10 mins walk. To get to the beaches or the Cable car, you can hop on a MyCiti bus, or take a 10 min taxi ride. I have put together a comprehensive guide, (like a mini Lonely Planet!!) to help you get the most out of your stay with hints and tips of what to do/where to eat etc. I can also put you in touch with an excellent private tour guide if you wish to do some tours (the Winelands and Cape Peninsula via Cape Point a must!!) With super easy access to the main highways, you will be at the airport in 20 mins, and 35 mins you will be in the heart of the Winelands. My rule of thumb is to leave guests to it unless they ask otherwise. I live just 10 mins away so am closely on hand if need be. I have also written extensive guide books on the property and area so i find guests don't really need me!! If you need to check in late, or leave early this is no problem as the security/reception desk is manned 24/7. The loft is situated in the cities trendiest area, De Waterkant. Super central location, but just far enough from the hustle and bustle to relax. Steeped in history with cobbled streets and pretty coloured houses, De Waterkant village has it's own upmarket shopping centre and bars/restaurants. Just 5 mins walk to popular Bree, Loop and Long Street with the finest bars/restaurants, galleries and design shops. Or take a beautiful 20-minute walk along the canals to the V&A Waterfront The new MYCiti buses are a great way to get around if you don't want to hire a car. There are stops a few mins walk from the apartment.

If it's a big deal, we may have to charge you for it. Please leave the guest bedrooms undisturbed. This is a non-smoking house, however smoking is permitted in the outside areas. Please use an ashtray! De waterkant is the most trandy area of Cape town. Top notch restaurants, bars and nightclubs are within safe walking distance as well as the vibrant Cape Quarter and the V&A Waterfront shopping mall. The MyCiTi bus service and taxi stands are all within few meters Guest can access the whole house and terrace. I give my guest space but I am available when needed Transport around Cape town with a professional tourist guide can be organized The house is in De Waterkant, also known as The Village, which is the only area in town where essential things can be done on foot. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and beautiful shops and a supermarket are nearby. The next Citi bus stop is just a few meters away. But we actually recommend Uber to get around. Their services are outstanding in Cape Town.
