A large living room of 70 m2, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms of 20 m2 each with their own bathroom and a 3rd bedroom, all contain a capacity of 2 beds. 1 king size bed, 1 bed 140 and 1 in 160 that can also be 2 twin beds. The house is quiet and remains temperate in summer. Swimming nooks are 2 minutes by foot.
