“1.1 mile. A great Place to stop off for a drink or something to eat-half an hour walk from Old Barn Cottage. Popular for their wood fired pizzas and Josper Steaks. The Curious Pig has a lovely beer garden for Summer dining with an attractive covered alfresco area with heat lamps for the cooler days.”

“The Old Punch Bowl is a medieval timber-framed Wealden hall-house on the High Street in Crawley. Built in the early 15th century, it was used as a farmhouse by about 1600, passing through various owners and sometimes being used for other purposes. Now it's a nice modern old pub/ bar with lots of character and a fantastic buzz. Serves traditional pub grub during the day. A disco with modern tunes, plays to a wide age range on a Thursday, Friday & Saturday evening from 8pm till 12.30am. Friendly atmosphere. ”
