Welcome to our charming 19th-century house, beautifully renovated in 2024 with an eco-friendly spirit. Located in the heart of the Pyrenees, just 5 km from Bagnères-de-Bigorre, the house is perfectly placed between nature and mountains, close to the Pic du Midi, thermal baths, cinema and the lively Saturday market. The region is perfect for cycling (Tourmalet and famous mountain passes), hiking, trail running and skiing, as well as for families and couples seeking peace, nature and authenticity.

Spacious apartment in country house

Lovely, spacious, light-filled home with beautiful views over the Gers countryside. Enjoy independent access, a private bathroom, kitchen area and two sofas overlooking a huge picture window. One sofa is a sofa -bed which would allow up to six people to share. Outside there is a gorgeous pool and large garden area plus a huge wooden table under the shade of two big trees. Please don't hesitate to get in touch for more information. We do have two large friendly dogs, various cats and two horses.

Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

Welcome! An unusual pied-à-terre to relax in peace and quiet and in the middle of nature. Enjoy the simple little joys away from the crowds. The mill is off-center but located 10 minutes from Lectoure and Fleurance, 15 minutes from Castéra Verduzan and 20 minutes from Condom. Lots of small atypical villages to discover far from the big cities.
