Welcome to Villa Germaine, a house with a direct view of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I have renovated with a view to welcoming you for a Burgundy getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be keen to make you have a very pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful bottoms in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Complete accommodation, perfect for a break or a long stay, come and enjoy the calm of the Burgundy countryside.

The house consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor: A bedroom with its bathroom. A living room of 45 m2 open to the kitchen. Upstairs: There are 2 bedrooms with a large shared bathroom. Each bedroom has its own antechamber, one with a bunk bed and the other a small child's room. This house is located on a 1500 m2 enclosed orchard with a covered terrace. Optional new Jacuzzi area

Charming townhouse

Hello everyone and welcome to this charming, fully renovated townhouse. On the ground floor you will find the dining room, the equipped kitchen, the living room as well as a toilet. You will also find a small outdoor courtyard where you can have your meals. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with two double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, you will also have upstairs a bright bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and toilet.

Large family suite with character

Enjoy one or more nights in a medieval Burgundian castle! This home is a two-bedroom suite, one of which is in a tower (no kitchen). They are tiled with terracotta and the French ceiling is made of oak. There is a bathroom equipped with a shower (Languedoc marble and Burgundy stone) and a toilet. Breakfast, served in a room of the castle, is included in the price shown. Accommodation for 4 people, or 5 with an extra bed.

The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

Located in the Châtillonnais region in the National Forest Park, in a peaceful hamlet on the edge of the woods, this place offers a relaxing stay with family or friends. Forest walks are accessible from the house. The country stone house sleeps up to 6 people very comfortably. Completely renovated, you will find mainly Burgundy stone and local oak as materials, with refined furniture and personalized decoration.

A getaway in Burgundy which you will appreciate the calm (walk around the lake of Pont or along the Burgundy canal) but also the very rich tourist attraction (the sources of the Seine, Alésia, the forges of Buffon, the abbey of Fontenay, the Hospices de Beaune, to name only these examples, but also its wines ... and Champagne). Take a break and relax in an exceptional setting: a true paradise for nature lovers. You can reach beautiful forests by mountain bike. Fishing lovers will not be left out, the property bordering a fishing course. As the Seine passes through the property, you can swim there or just relax.
