Great harbor/inlet views. Short walk to downtown Cordova. Two large decks with a view. Electric sauna. 2 minute walk to downtown Cordova. Longer term rentals preferred. Please reach out with any questions or to inquire about rentals longer than a month. This house is a duplex. There is a downstairs apartment with a totally separate entrance. Nothing is shared between the upstairs and downstairs. You will have your own kitchen, laundry room. Sleeps 4-1 king bed, 1 full bed (pull out couch).

This is a top floor apartment of a duplex in the Alpine Woods Subdivision approximately 13 miles from downtown Valdez. It is in a private, wooded, residential setting. The home is located on a cul de sac with ample parking. The large grassy yard offers a fire pit and a creek running in the back. This unit has been newly renovated and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Great place to rest between activities. The bottom floor apartment can also be rented if looking for a larger space.

Walking distance to anything ~ mountains, ocean, harbor, grocery stores, restaurants, trails. all right outside the front door (basically). This unit is a one bedroom one bathroom apartment that has been completely remodeled and updated. Enjoy this lovely new space with brand new everything!right next door to this unit is our other two-bedroom bnb option. Laundry on site.

Just a short drive to the amazing waterfalls of Keystone Canyon and outdoor recreation up Thompson Pass. Pick your passion from this central location! *1 Queen & 1 Twin upstairs. 1 Queen on main. Stairs are very steep. If you aren't comfortable or able to do stairs please keep that in mind. NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS OF ANY KIND.

3 story newer home within 5 min of walking anywhere in down town Cordova. View home overlooking the harbor. 5 min walk to reluctant, anchor bar and grill, ok, community center, pool, bidarki gym. Master bedroom has king size bed, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a common playroom with twin bed. Also have a sofa in living room. Master bedroom has a soaking jacuzzi tub with window overlooking harbor. all bedrooms have views. small landscaped yard with sauna.
