About 30 minutes from Nice and 45 minutes from Monaco and 15 minutes from the exit ramp of the A8 Nice Est ring road. TV program Canal Plus ,Being Sport... All shops 10 minutes by car. Two restaurants in the village 400 meters away. Beaches and seaside at 30 minutes. Mountain bike trails, bike rides, hiking trails.

A lovely flat of 40 sqm with a 30 sqm terrace, recently refurbished and with original art work. Fully equipped kitchen and equipment to match.
